    On 11/25/2023, we purchased several pieces of furniture from Furniture City including a living room set which was defective and the store agreed replace it. Living room furniture has been replaced. We also purchased a dinning room set and master bedroom set as well as a bedroom drawer chest and a dinning room buffet. Furniture was delivered until 02/2024 as we purchased a new home and moved in until January of 2024. These last three items the bedroom set, the dinning room set and the dinning room buffet as well as the bedroom drawer chest came out defective as the the furniture is peeling off especially the dinning room set. We have talked to the owner of Furniture City and he was willing to replace the living room set. However for the dinning room set, the owner advised us that he would need to sell our furniture within 30 days so he can agree to replace our dinning room set. However, the 30-day agreement elapsed and he told us that he could not do anything for us and that if he would replace every defective items his business would be in jeopardy. We have visited the store multiple times trying to resolve the issue properly and as amicably possible. However, the owner of the store told us that he already received his money from ************** and that if the furniture is defective that is not his problem. We want our defective furniture been replaced as soon as possible as we have paid so much money for something that is not up to par with the reputation of the store. We were not even offered to purchase any guarantee for these issues. We feel that we have been frauded as the furniture the store sold us does not comply with the business standard of furniture of good quality and feel that there is a misrepresentation and misleading business practice. We appeal to the BBB to help us in resolving this issue as we do not feel we were treated equally and feel discriminated against for being Hispanic or Mexicans. We work hard for our money for being taken advantage of.
