    We were provided the worst service still waiting for a call back, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They should be shut down for good in ********* no wonder the better business doesn't recommend them thumbs down all the way .

    Stay far away from this company , horrible people and horrible place to do business with. Was referred to this place by my medical provider for a prosthetic bra back in August 2023 . Still unable to obtain bra because no matter how many forms my provider faxes to them its the same story WE never received them . They blame my provider , me and my insurance. Uncaring and on a horrible emotional roller coaster for nearly 6 months . Just stay away. ******** is no help either.

    A very BAD COMPANY to work with. Ordered an ankle brace 5 months ago, after my husband surgery a bow they dont reply to my messages or lest me know a status. My insurance provider even called and they told me (the same thing they said to me). It is in process itll take 3-4 more weeks to be delivered. They are not responsible, do not communicate with patient, SO HARD to reach out. I ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

    This is a horrible place. Don’t waste your time or money here. Alcam does not care about their patients needs.
