Avoid Icon Vehicle Dynamics at all costs!I ordered shocks for my vehicle and was sent the wrong part. I tried to resolve the issue by emailing and calling every number listed on their phone tree, but for three weeks, all I got were voicemails and no responses. When they finally responded, they had me return the parts, only for the replacement shocks to arrive leaking ********* Im back to square one, unable to reach anyone at the company to address this new problem. Their customer service is non-existent, and the lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reliable company.

Purchased a stage 2 package. I sent my front shocks back for service a month ago and have not heard anything back. Shocks were leaking after 20k miles of street driving. Replaced the back shocks with Bilsteins because they were so compressed and kept bottoming out. The kit was installed by an authorized Icon installer, for whatever that is worth.... They do not answer their phone. I have been calling everyday for over a week.

I purchased Lift Kit K53025T through *************************** in ********* (**). Paid total of $5,624 for kit + professional install. After a period of time, I noticed my Tundra was leaning to one side. After a routine tire rotation service at ***** Brothers they informed that my truck was leaning. Since then, I have spent $1,000 dollars with three shops trying to solve the issue. The consensus opinion from all three shops is the rear suspension is the problem. ************************* began attempting to contact Icon for a warranty claim. Icon never returned calls or email to *************************. ************************* has since stopped selling, servicing and recommending Icon products to my knowledge. I gave up a warranty claim and trying to live with a crooked leaning truck, and not satisfied.Recently I took the Tundra lube and oil. The mechanic asked me about the make and age of rear leaf springs. They pointed out to me the shackles and leaf springs were rusting quite badly. I told them they were less than two years old and described the problems I had with Icon suspension. They told me the springs seemed to be cheap and poorly coated. They suggested I consider replacing them, supporting the views and opinions from three other expert shops to date that the rear springs were poor quality.Im very disappointed with Icon Suspension never responding to ************************* attempts for a warranty claim. I have concerns about product quality and engineering given the cost of the product. *** spent money and time trying to solve an Icon lift kit issue. Now Im experiencing badly rusting leaf springs and shackles, and all the professionals have summarized them as cheap springs being the culprit. When visiting the website (iconvehicledynamics.com) you should notice an absence of statement that they stand behind their products, or link to warranty claims. Buyer beware.

I would highly recommend not running Icon suspension. I ordered a set of leaf springs for my 2019 raptor and after install the passenger side clunked like something was not tightened. I undid all the bolts and retorqued (on the ground) and still had the clunk going over even small dropoffs. I contacted support and ******************* is who got back with me May 7th. As far as tech support goes he has been zero help. He has offered zero resolutions, or assistance in any form. He also takes days to a week to give me these worthless replies. It has now been a month and *** only heard back from him 4 times total. it really is too bad because i am going to be upgrading a lot of suspension, but I know to stay away from ICON because of their obvious crappy components (as you can see from the many other problems raptor owners have had) and the total lack of customer service to back their c*** product. FYI, I ended up swapping the springs from passenger to drivers and the clunk went away. I dont know what was wrong, and I dont know if its only masked the problem but it seems to have gone away. If it comes back Ill throw them in my pond and buy ******* next time.

****** - We are very sorry about the experience you had. After seeing your complaint, we discussed this with our **************** team here and have since changed some internal processes to avoid delays in responses while employees are out of the office on bereavement leave. Regarding the noise issues you were having, we are glad you were able to resolve them. It sounds like something may have been loose on the initial install and was fixed once the springs were swapped from side to side. If you do run into any other issues please reach out to us. Thank you.
