Toyota sold me an engine for my sons car that is still not working. The car continues to run hot. We have tried to contact them several times, this is still not resolved. I paid them almost $4,000 and this car is running hot again. On October 01, 2021, got a call from my son saying the car is running hot again and that the was stranded the Hone Depot *** ** *********** ****, San Bernardino Ca 92408. I called Home Depot 5 times for them to keep transferring me to someone’s voicemail. I did speak to a ******* ***** ( Customer Service Relations) and told him that I did expect someone to call me back today to have the car towed back to **** Brothers Toyota in Moreno Valley Ca . It is 5:29. I initially contacted them at 4:36 pm. No one called back. I had to have the car towed back to my home and it is not working again. They took my money and my son doesn't have any car. Toyota needs to refund all the money that we paid for this non working car including compensation.

I purchased a new car almost a month ago with my old car as the trade in. The new car was not financed which i had for almost a month I received letters in the mail stating i needed to return the new one, when i called the dealer to find out what was going on multiple people stated everything was good with the new car and not to worry they would pay off the old one. I took off the day from work to go and get more information about when my payment for the new one would be due and after the run around they gave they said it wasnt financed and i needed to give it back. We did and to note I take very well care of my cars and when i received my old car back it was trashed. Toe nail clipping, cigarette/marijuana odor, ashes, scratches inside and out, deleted apps and navigation, windshield crack, and put 634 miles on it which they claim it was theyre car when i was still paying insurance and getting payments for it. only compensation given was a detail and when i received it the ashes remain

I am rejecting this response because: In the response i was given the general managers (***** ****) number and extension and to call him after leaving a voicemail of who i was and to get back to me. No one has reached out. I since then have to reject the response since there was no option but to do so.

Product: 2018 Toyota 4Runner Date: 7/30/21 Total: $43,766.19 The business has not tried to resolve the issue. I called the business on Monday 8/2/21 and spoke with a sales manager who said, “did you sign the document that included the optional items?” I said “yes”, and he said “well, there isn’t much we can do. You can come in if you’d like and talk with us.” I informed him that I’d file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for unethical practices because the optional items were not optional. Those items totaled $4,685, and were not able to be removed according to two team members. Those employees were ***** in Sales and ****** in Finance. My complaint is about unethical business practices when it comes to disclosing costs that are labeled optional, but are really required for the consumer to purchase. When I spoke with the sales manager on 8/2/2021, I believe his name was ******, he said we add those items to all our vehicles. Contract#: ****** Stock: ********
