    I purchased a moped online almost too easy to do & then changed my mind & canceled the order. The moped showed up anyway & I refused the shipment. Red fox motorsports is now charging me $700.00 for a restocking ******* refuse to pay this! This company is horrible & I would like to see them punished for this type of bad business. I received nothing from *********** are charging me $700.00.Absolutely terrible business!!!

    Order arrived damaged. Been trying for 3 months to get replacement parts. Communication is horrible. Keep getting automated emails but no response. No response on phone. Emails cannot be replied to. Then I get a person and they tell me it's all fine and I have a problem. But still no parts and no refund and a 2k item doesn't work.

    Scooter arrived metal frame crate was bent on right side of scooter. Seemed ok so put together. Now the right side has fell apart. Key switch dropped deep into slot. Right front rack came off. Muffler cover fell off. Would go very slow till it just quit running. I have called no answer I’ve messaged no answer. I just want to send it back to Redfox power sports and get my money back. I don’t want it fixed or replaced. What else may happen to it.

The MI, minimum wage, is $10.10 per hour, and it is customary in the area, to charge 4 times that amount, for vehicle repairs per hour so the starting labor, should be near $40.40 per hour or more, if they have an ASE, AL1, certified mechanic, but more expensive vehicles with value greater than $1000.00, have greater MI, shop rates per hour.     We purchased a new moped/scooter. The site says it comes 85% assembled (which is fine, we are capable of following assemble instructions). No instructions were included with the vehicle, when asked the company said there was no assembly instructions we should be able to figure it out. My issue is that this is a vehicle my child will ride on public streets at 30+ miles per hour. I just want the instructions to put it together correctly, so it is safe and street legal.

    on 2/14/23 I spent $2974.84 on the purchase of 2 new scooters. ($1299.90 & $899.95) The bigger scooter worked fine but the other one had a problem from day 1. The electric start wouldn't work. I notified RedFox immediately and that's where the problems began. I requested a RMA so I could return it and hopefully get a working scooter. They have been giving me every excuse in the book to not have it returned. I'm currently stuck with a non working scooter and the company that sold me this junk wont make it right. Help!

    I spent over $1600 less than a month ago with the stated company. I bought a go kart for my daughter and out the crate the roll cage had a hole in it, one of the headlights had the chrome finish coming off, the front skid play wasn’t welded straight and the engine started leaking oil only after a few rides. I just want the replacement parts and to be reimbursed for me having to take the time to replace them since this was supposed to be a new thing out the box ready to go and now it can’t because it’s got all these issues. The company advised me to fill out a proper warranty form and I did and never received a response other then a closed ticket email.

    Hi, Buyer initially fill out a warranty claim form regarding some imperfect detail on the gokart and our sales rep communicated with buyer and agree with buyer over $150 compensation credit refund to settle the matter on 3/16/2023 and this refund has been credit back to buyer.   The case has been closed.

    06/16/2023 I purchase the yellow 200cc scooter had a present to my husband I contacted them everyday for the past few months and nothing as been done I'm suppose to receive more parts and still nothing now the price dropped 1/2 of the amount I paid for and still been trying to send messages and phone calls never get a call back

    On May 3, 2022 we purchased what we thought was a new a scooter with a 3 month warranty from Red Fox for $1,479.95. When the scooter was delivered on 05/12/22 the enclosed bill of sale listed it as a 2019 scooter and the headlight, odometer, and speedometer did not work We notified Red Fox by email and they wanted pictures showing that these items were not working, which we emailed to them. After over a dozen emails back an forth and 2 sets of photos we were told that the warranty had expired. I told them that we only had the scooter for 2 1/2 months so the 3 month warranty would not have expired and that we notified them right away about the problems. By then the scooter had developed several stress fractures in the metal frame and the headlight bracket (the headlight bracket fell off). When we told them this they now say we must have hit something with the scooter and they are not going to fix anything, but we can purchase the parts from them if we want, We did not hit anything with this scooter and if they look at the photos we sent them they will see that there are no dents or scratches on the scooter. If we had hit something there would be some visible damage in these photos. The last 3 emails we have received from them say that our ticket is now closed and they are not going to cover anything. We want Red Fox to stand behind their warranty and fix the problems with this scooter.

    The bike arrived at my home with no title. When I called to see if they have to be requested I was told by the manager (who was very nasty and rude on the phone) that I did receive it, that it was on the outside of the box……..it wasn’t. He even started yelling on the phone trying to argue me down about it. When in fact the only thing I got was a bike that was already damaged with parts that weren’t working. My sister ordered a bike from them and never got hers either! To me this sounds scammy and meanwhile the manager is trying to charge me $50 for a duplicate and I never even received the first title. Disgusted with them to say the least!!!! I just want the title that I was supposed to get with my bike.
