Very disorganized and unethical, at the last minute they decided to change the way to tents were going to be done, the company added another day that wasn't planned, this date was set two months before and they could not do the job t better. One of the employees used our bathroom and didn't wash his hands and was touching everything in our house.

My company (ELITE Pest Management) was the primary vendor on a fumigation of the community (two buildings, approx 13 addresses) for the elimination of drywood termites. The fumigation was actually performed by a fumigation subcontractor which is a very common practice in our industry. Even though the subcontractor created the issues, it is ultimately our responsibility. The subcontractor has been terminated. We should NEVER use a customer's restroom. That is totally controllable and against our policy. Regarding the delay and necessity of another day to be vacant from the residence, it resulted from an unfortunate complication that arose while tenting the first building that delayed the project and forced the second building to be delayed by a day. Contingency language is incorporated in the "occupants notice" that all units had to sign to advise that unknown situations could arise causing a cancellation or delay. Although the "unusual situation" language is in the agreement, and a "special situation" arose, it does not make the fact that the project was delayed a day by a day any easier to accept. ELITE is very sorry for the fumigation delay and especially using a customers restroom. As noted above, the subcontractor has been terminated.
