  Our first experience with Moxie; We signed up for this service yesterday because We had a Door-to-door salesman come by with a special and we were due for our yearly treatment so we decided to give them a try. The special offered by the salesman was a great value compared to similar companies. Today the Moxie technician, ***, gave a courtesy call before showing up to perform the services. *** was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professionally dressed. He was very professional. We have a dog and 2 cats in the home and I was concerned about them being exposed to the chemicals used. He explained some precautions to take, which were understandable and easy to do. So far, we are very pleased with Moxie personnel and services promised and performed. I will post again in a few weeks about the effectiveness of the treatment, thanks *** for a great job Well done

  Excellent, fast, and professional followup to a special request. I called for an out of schedule service issue for a new pest. Moxie responded quickly and serviced all areas we discussed. *********, the technician, was pleasant and knew technically how to solve my issue and answered all my questions and serviced all areas concerned, inside and outside. This was a great experience.

  I have been 100% amazed with Moxie Pest Services as well as their customer service. The men that have been to my house are professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Moxie to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you today to ***** for such amazing service!!!

  During a routine pest inspection, I was told I had mold in my attic from a leak in my roof. Note: this was a visual inspection. It would cost $12,00.00 for remediation, but, if I signed a contract on the spot, they would do the remediation for the bargain price of $8,000.00! After having an independent contract diagnose the situation, wait for it, I do not have mold in my attic or anywhere else. I have spent days/hours with Moxie trying to cancel all of my services. They cannot be trusted. If I could rate them -10 stars, I would.

  Absolutely 100% pleased with MOXIE service. The representatives we have come to our home to provide the service have been professional, knowledgeable, respectful and good listeners.. It is men like this that lets ** know it was a great decision to go with Moxie.*************************** Reunion

  I had a sales person come to my door and told me they had a promotional going on for $139 for four services (quarterly). I liked that price and agreed to sign up. I explained to him that I normally have a pest control service over the summer months only and then cancel. He was aware of that. I was not told I was signing up for a one year contract and that I was actually going to be charged $139 for each service time frame. I was scheduled for five services I found out later. Total cost now $695. Way more then the $139 price that I thought I was signing up for. Of course there is a early cancellation fee too as to be expected so they got you. There is only a 3-day cancellation period, which by the time I got to the contract to read it (I'm a busy guy), it was past the 3-day cancellation time frame. How convenient! I don't like sales people at the doors, because you never get the full story from them. Who has time to read the small print on their little IPads, when you're already getting interrupted from what I was doing prior to the door bell ringing. Of course, they count on that sales tactic. This is not the first time I have been duped at the front door. This story is getting old I got to say!!! Now I will have to pay a large cancellation fee. Ugh!!!

  A Moxie salesman knocked on my door at 9:30pm last night demanding to speak to the homeowner. Through the closed door, I told him it was too late and I was not opening the door. He stayed on my porch, yelling at me through the closed door and windows even as I closed the blinds and repeatedly asked him to leave. My children were scared and to say the least I was rattled - I have lived in my house for 14 years and our neighborhood (B***** *******, SC) has no solicitation rule. Regardless, having a salesperson knocking on doors after a reasonable time makes me question the professionalism of the company, let alone the work conditions where the sales people are encouraged to visit homeowners at all hours and relentlessly yell at them to listen to their pitch. I will never call upon Moxie Pest control or use them due to this experience.

  I had signed a contract last summer and told them to let me know before they come so I could make sure my dogs were not outside. I look on my ring camera and see this guy trying to reach the eves of my roof with a pole. I asked him what he was doing & he told me he was from Moxi. I told him I was not notified they would be out. I asked him to stop & he did. I then called the company and told them I stopped the guy. They asked if he completed his task & I said no. They were supposed to notify me but did not. Not happy with this company at all!

  Wish I had seen these reviews before I used these jokers.... similar story, guy comes knocking and offers me to pay for service everytime they come, I specifically told him I don't want a contract because I was renting, he said no it's not a contract, 2 treatments later ants still in the hse so I called to let them know not to come back, these fools charge my card without my permission for early termination!!!!
