Horrible service. On two separate occasions, they cancelled my appointment. This company should be out of business.

I would give them zero stars if possible. ******** company and such liars. ************** Home warranty contracted out Plumbers Incorporated fro check a faucet leak I had in my one of my bathrooms. Plumbers Incorporated sent a technician to check the leak. He dismantled the faucet and apparently broke it. He said he would need to order a new faucet and come back to replace it. Plumbers Incorporated conveniently and dishonestly closed the service order by lying that they completed the job. The faucet remains dismantled since 9/23/2024. I have been trying to get plumbers Incorporated to clean up their mess through First American Home warranty but not response.

They are contracted with First American home warranty service. I called for a leak under my sink to be repaired. They evaluated that my air gap which has been installed for over 15 years in the same location was too close to my sink and causing leakage. First American warranty Denied my repair claim based on their information. The odd thing is when I called ************ their old music is the same as first American home warranty music, so I asked if they were owned by the warranty company. I got a convoluted answer that leads me to believe they are , an extreme conflict of interest.

I would give Plumbers **** zero stars if I could. We called them through our home warranty to check out a leak at a property we manage. We had already received a separate estimate stating there was a cracked drain pipe in the upstairs bathroom that needed replacement. Wanting to get a second opinion, we scheduled Plumbers **** It turned into a nightmare. They rescheduled the appointment three times, originally promising to come on Friday, then pushing it to Monday between 9-1. By 2 PM Monday, they called again to reschedule for Tuesday. Then, they delayed again, stating they'd arrive between 2-5 PM Tuesday. Finally, at 4:30 PM Tuesday, I got a call saying they were running late but would be there by the end of the day. They finally showed up at 4:50 PM, stayed for just 5 minutes, and were incredibly rude to the tenants, dismissing the obvious water damage and claiming there was no issue at all.The service notes said that ******* was the technician, but after calling to complain, I found out it was actually ******, who had been rude and aggressive. When I called Plumbers **** to address the poor service, ***** ********* was condescending, rude, and offered no solution. She claimed ****** was having "personal problems with his wife" and thats why he nad to rush the appointment, and said there was nothing they could do since they had closed the case, yet they still charged me despite doing absolutely nothing! After over a week of delays, rudeness, and a technician who stayed for 5 minutes and ignored clear evidence of a problem, they still charged me. Horrible service, extremely unprofessional, and zero accountability. ***** this company at all costs! ****** ******** and ****** are the worst!! This company should go out of business.

On May 27, 2024 the water heater of my rental unit went out. I have First American Home Warranty for situations like this. On May 27th I called in the claim. ON May 28th a plumber, Plumbers **** in ********************, was on his way. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He said we will turn in the diagnosis and go from there. After a couple of days, May 29, 2024 I called the company again. They were working on it. Called First American, he same day May 29, 20924 and they said they were waiting for the company to turn in the diagnosis. I then called the Plumber **** and American Home Shield Daily after that nothing. Note my tenant now has no hot water and I am liable for a possible law suit and possibly putting them up in a hotel. By June 4th nothing had been done. First American escalated the situation and called the Plumbers ****. They could not get a hold of them. Now we are past a week with no hot water for my tenant. Not until June 10 did the plumber say they had the part and would be out on the 12th of June. June 12th comes out and they don't show up. I have to call them and they said they got the wrong part. Now i am stuck. First American said I could do a cash out., But because the plumber never turned in a diagnosis. They are not sending me any money. So after 2 1/2 weeks I have to get my own plumber to come and replace the hot water heater. At a cost of ******* So now i am out the monthly fee I have been, paying, my ****** service fee and the money for a new water heater. Meanwhile I put my tenant up in a hotel at my expense. I finally get a notice that the company plumbers **** sent out the problem, 1 month after the issue began. All First American wants to do is to give me ***** for a part. Horrible service.

They were mostly punctual and diagnosed the issue quickly. They had the parts on the truck and were done within 30 minutes.

******** is a nice guy who works for Plumbers **** Unfortunately he cant actually replace a garbage disposal. American Home Shield my warranty sent him out to diagnose my Garbage Disposal of 8 years that had started leaking. He just took one look said we need to replace it. Ordered a unit said it would be 2 weeks. Came as he said he would and replaced it yet he must not have done it correctly because it started to slow leak which I wasnt aware of and then it started to leak from the bottom of the brand new disposal. Only 2 months later I called in and they would not help me with any kind of resolve without paying another work order, they only guarantee their work for 30 days. How in the world can a garbage disposal break that quickly and all the pipes connected start leaking if the job was done correctly. No quality customer service. No one to come check out the work or tell me what this huge part was that fell off and was now sitting in a puddle of water. No one wanted to back up their work. They already have a D- rating and no BBB accreditation. Yet AHS said they were the only contractor who could repair this in my vicinity. Its just unacceptable.

Every issued home warranty repair performed by ************** has a 30 DAY warranty for parts and workmanship. Reviewing the phone call received from the customer last Friday, our team explained that the Jan 22nd completion date was not just 2 months but in fact 81 days. This was beyond the reasonable time frame for any warranty work. The homeowner was instructed to call the insurance/warranty company to issue a new work order which we or any other plumbing company would honor along with the small deductible associated with their warranty program.

Horrible company, incompetent, are clueless about what to do for a basic cleaning for a faucet. Dont have proper tools, dont have pretty much anything and are unable to perform plumbing jobs.

Upon arrival, ************** found low water pressure to a faucet. Technician inspected faucet. Checked valves and cleaned the aerator which did increase the water flow. Customers home warranty was contacted and the warranty claim was denied since the low water pressure problem with her faucet was not a part of her warranty.
