      I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company from start to finish. My initial impression in calling them was that they might be just another large window company urgently trying to land a sale, but I realized I was wrong. Veracity Window and Door seriously cares about quality work! They did my project in one day (5 windows), and it's made a vast difference in how my home looks and feels! Living in the *************, it gets really hot in the summer and now it's starting to get windy. I haven't noticed any of that from that side of the house. It feels much cooler and much quieter. What came as a surprise was how detailed they were in not only the installation itself, but the cleanup after. Coming home from work was a major surprise, no mess, just beautiful new windows as if the old ones were never even there. I know who I'm calling when I'm ready to do the rest of the house!

      Veracity Window and Door did an awesome job on our home! What I liked was their no-pressure approachno pushy sales, just helpful info. They even pointed out where our windows leaked. ****** kept us in the loop on scheduling, and the installers were great. They took care of our furniture and finished in a day. When done, they went through everything with me. Super happy with the results!

      Great company, very professional team of window experts and customer service with high quality products and a fast installation! All their people were so helpful. I got a great product, and a fair price. I dont usually write long reviews but in this case, they went above and beyond even my expectations. ****, the owner of the company came out to meet with me when they were double measuring everything. He took the time to walk around with me showing me all the special things that they were going to do during the installation. He really went out of his way to make me feel confident that this was the best decision I could make. The install went off without any problems and it was done in one day and the windows look and work great. I just want to say thanks again to the Veracity Window and Door.

      Sadly I had varying problems with this company from beginning to the completion of this job. Initial problem was them attempting to do a bait and switch to increase my price. I received price, they suddenly explained that I had to pay $4000 more as I explained that this was simply too much and that I wanted to cancel. They explained that I could not cancel and had to pay this amount. After threats to contact licensing board, they stopped pushing and agreed to pay out contracted amount. After this, they installed a door that was cheaper than I had ordered on original contract, trying to pass it off in hopes I wouldn’t even notice. I had to wait another 6 weeks for the door leaving my house in disarray. Barely an apology, and nothing to compensate me for all of this. Truly, be careful when dealing with this company.
