    It happened 8/24 where the car was parked for about 20 mins for her to take groceries and such up to the apartment and it was immediately taken because someone else had called because the spot was now theirs we've tried to get it back with a phone number and it doesn't work at all and also had gone there and there's no clear indication on how to find the place we looked up the company and it's very common on what they do and it's very predatory

    In the early morning hours of 12/31/2022, my son ***** ****** who resides at Elevate Apartments address ***** ******** St, ****** Valley CA noticed that my vehicle which was in his possession a Black Honda Accord 2009 that was parked in that complex had been towed by H & N Towing. My son ***** ****** called H & N Towing immediately on the same day and inquired how he could retrieve the vehicle. He was informed that he could pick up the vehicle at 1300 in their parking lot and pay $480.00 towing fees. ***** contacted me and we both drove to the H & N Towing parking lot at **** ********* Ln Lot *, Riverside, CA *****, and got there at 1247. My son and I were the last to be attended and the lady attendant behind the counter requested the vehicle registration and my driver's license. I handed her the 2021 registration paperwork that was in the vehicle at the time of towing and informed her that the vehicle had been registered as non-operable at the DMV from June 2022. She processed to tell me that if I did not have a current operable registration, I couldn't retrieve my vehicle. I informed her that I had gotten the vehicle to my son a day prior, in order to have a smog check done that Saturday so that he would be able to register it before use after his vehicle had broken down. I pleaded with her about not wanting to leave the vehicle there and another man who was in the office stated that the only way to get the vehicle out was if I had a DMV permit to move the vehicle from the lot or pay $150.00 extra to tow the car from the parking lot to outside the gate. It was almost 1*00 at the time and being a holiday, I informed her no facility would be open at that time. They demanded cash only and refused to take a credit or debit card payment. They declined to give me an itemized invoice/receipt for my cash transaction of $*30. I felt robbed in broad daylight, and not only were my rights infringed, and I was charged excessive fees of $150.00 for a tow of fewer than 25ft.

    H & N Towing company towed my Vehicle illegally at a Gas Station after I left my car as a customer for less than 5 minutes my car was on their tow truck. They were very rude and unprofessional. Per Section codes 22658 and 22953 my rights were violated by this company. They have been targeting people and watching them illegally towing their cars. It. occurred approximately at 2:31 a.m. on 6/25/2022. And on the same day 6/25/2022 I had to pay outrages fees to get my car back. A total of $563.00 and cash only. The Tow Company did not want credit or debit card. They wanted cash only. Again they were rude and calling me names and saying I was a stupid crack head. They were yelling and screaming at me saying these horrible and terrible things to me. I was attacked verbally by a man called **** and another man I could not get his name. This company has been targeting people since Covid 19 and they are criminals. Once they get your car on the Tow truck and into their facility there is nothing you can do but pay these outrages fees and be slandered, verbally abused by these people. This company needs to be investigated for fraudulently towing people's cars and destroying personal property of the vehicle and the verbal insults and name calling from this Towing Company was very Unprofessional.

    06/11/2022 Me and a friends car along with 5 others were towed by H&N towing around 2:30am. Cars were not parked there longer than one hour to begin with in the location. The cost per car I was told was $448 When I called, the man on the phone said they couldn’t help us until 6am. My car is registered to my mother in law which they said needed to be present to take the car out, but said If I paid cash and $100 extra he can give it to me without her there. I took My mother in-law anf paid the $448 because I was not comfortable paying $100 more as rey price seemed high for the tow. I was told I was good to go and was given no receipt. I asked for one and they said I didn’t need it. After the Car was pulled out of the gate, i noticed left fender cover hanging, and damage to the lower bottom of the driver door where it was jacked up from. I approached the window to make my complaint and was attacked with violent behavior, the man in charge said “call the cops if you want, that was already there” they said they had pictures of it before the tow but when he asked the driver that picked up the car, they had no pictures. I kept complaining about it saying I was gonna report them to the better business bureau and the man came out trying to get physical with me. This place has many bad reviews on Yelp talking about the same problems with others victims. They are a predatory towing company with illegal practices.
