BUYER BEWARE. I read the instructions, followed them scrupulously, used one of the recommended application methods (2" dense mirofiber roller) to apply a 4oz can of ProtectaClear to my 24" round table top. The instructions say this can should have covered 25 sq feet (so I should have gotten 2-3 coats on my table top) but I barely covered it once, with a thin layer, and have only 1/8 can left. We rung out the 2" microfiber roller to squeeze out every drop, but there was only a tiny bit on the roller. DEFINITELY not enough to cover another coat, and DEFINITELY not enough for 25 sq. feet. I chatted online with two "customer service" representatives and they were defensive, ****, and tried to blame ME, their customer. They said that even though my method of application was one recommended in the packaging, that the rest of the product was absorbed into the 2" roller. Ridiculous! The droplets left on the tiny roller were not enough to make up the difference between 25 sq ft and a 24" round table! I told them that their information included with the can was false and misleading, and that I could not afford to now purchase another $30 can (for what should have been accomplished with one can). This could have been resolved had they offered to send me more product, but instead they accused me of somehow doing something wrong. I called and spoke to another "customer service" representative who said the same things. Do they not understand the importance of good will and customer satisfaction??? I even told them I was reporting to the BBB and they still would not make good on their product claims. They may refute this but I have the entire chat saved.

This has been resolved.  We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Yes, a 4 oz. can of ProtectaClear will cover about 25 square feet with one coat.  If it is put on very thinly, more than one coat is necessary.  If the entire 4 oz. is put on a 24 inch table in one coat, then the copper table is protected and additional coats are not necessary.  It is the thickness of the coating and not the actual number of coats that matter.  We will try to clarify this in our information and on our website.

I talked with **** and we have sent *********************** additional coating at no charge and she said she was happy with that.
