    Won't refund item even thought the tracking states sent back to sender! PLease, please don't waste your time or money on this site!!!!

    I am trying to return a pair of jeans that are way too big and they won't give me the return address. I have asked multiple times. They want me to do an exchange and spend more money or give me a small discount to keep the item. I am never using this company again.

    The company refuses to give a full refund for a counterfeited item. I have offered to return the item at their expense. However, shipping the item to their address they provided (based in *****) would exceed the actual value I am asking to be refunded. I have provided ample photographic proof that the item sent is a poor copy of the item advertised on their website. I have tried multiple times to reach a conclusion with their customer support service.
