I do not understand the current situation, and I would appreciate an explanation. On the payment plan you provided on June 7, 2024, the delinquency amount was listed as $15,057.43 (consider attachment). The total amount I have paid from May 2024 to today is $7,240 (seven thousand two hundred forty dollars). The payment plan states that the payment amount includes interest and fees, set at $1,120. However, in June, I paid $2,500, which is $1,380 MORE than the agreed amount. In July, I also paid $2,500, which is again $1,380 MORE than the agreed amount. The unsigned contract you provided states the delinquency amount as of June 7, 2024, was $15,057.33. Balance as of August 28, 2024, is $15,503.21.I have confirmed that my four payments from May 2024 to today total $7,240 for the payment plan. By my understanding, I am ahead of the payment plan by $2,760 (MORE), based on my confirmed contributions. However, your records show that the debt increased by $445.88, from $15,057.33 to $15,503.21.- **06/07/2024 Balance:**$15,057.33 - **08/28/2024 Balance:** $15,503.21 - **Difference:** $+445.88 (Increase)I have confirmed that ***************** made four payments from May 2024 to today total $7,240. Direct deposits are as follows:- **04/30/2024:** $2,500 - **05/30/2024:** $2,500 - **06/30/2024:** $1,120 - **07/30/2024:** $1,120 Total: $7,240 The beginning balance was $15,057.33, according to the contract dated June 7, 2024. My total contributions are $7,240 on the payment plan. The corrected balance, based on my contributions, should be $7,817.33 (beginning balance minus my contributions). However, the balance you provided is $15,503.21, which is higher than the starting balance, even after I have an assurance of the terms of the offered payment plan from the meeting with ********************* at *****************************, on April 8, 2024 as a "COMPLETE AND FINAL TERMS"I have overpaid by $2,760, yet this is not reflected in your balance.

    Mr. ******,

The debt balance was $15,057.33 as of June 7, 2024, as you mentioned. As explained in a detailed email from our customer service representative yesterday, only two payments totaling $2,240.00 have been received since that date.

We confirm the receipt of a $2,500.00 payment on April *******, and another $2,500.00 payment on May 30, 2024. Since these payments were made before June 7, 2024, they were already included in the balance of $15,057.33 as of that date. Your debt was higher before these payments were made.

Since June 7, 2024, the following has occurred:

+ $200.00 penalty/fine assessed by your association on June 3, 2024 (which Allied was notified of after June 7, 2024)
+ $10.00 June 2024 late charge charged June 15, 2024 (before you began your plan by making your first plan payment)
    + $30.00 June 2024 payment plan fee
    + $420.00 July 2024 assessment due July 1, 2024
    -  $1,120.00 payment (for June) received July 1, 2024
    + $30.00 July 2024 payment plan fee
    + $1,400.00 penalty/fine assessed by your association on July 12, 2024
    -  $1,120.00 payment (for July) received July 31, 2024
    + $420.00 August 2024 assessment due August 1, 2024
    + $420.00 September 2024 assessment due September 1, 2024
    + $206.70 ongoing interest that has accrued from June 12-September 12, 2024

    = $15,954.03

The balance of $15,954.03 matches the statement emailed to you yesterday. We have not received any payments since July 31, 2024, and your payment plan is currently delinquent. Please make your next payment immediately to avoid defaulting on your plan.

Allied has responded to your repeated requests for clarification and detail, but the substantial debt remains. As explained multiple times, the terms of your payment plan require that all amounts due during the plans term, including the $1,600.00 in fines, must still be paid.

Despite our efforts, it appears that neither Allied nor your homeowners association can convince you that our calculations are correct and the amounts owed are valid. You have disputed the debt multiple times and have previously met with the board. Both Allied and your homeowners association have fulfilled their obligations to explain and meet with you. We have suggested in the past that you contact the local housing agency if you still do not understand the situation.

We believe this addresses your current complaint. Please contact our *************************** at ************ to make your August payment as soon as possible.

I am a first time home buyer and not fully aware of HoA and the payments. so initially i thought the mortgage amount being collected is including HoA payments and didn't make any payments separately. when i received my first notice from HoA i spoke to my bank and sent an email to HoA to sent more details on how to make payment and we exchanged few emails and payment was delayed. they transferred the balance to Allied Trustees. I sent *** an email saying i am ok to pay the full amount once i know the process to pay which is $650 including late charges at that time . but they said i can pay only to Allied Trustee services now an i have to talk to them.when i spoke to them they charged me $2000 extra as a assessment fees. i told them i cant pay that much and reduce the charges. so that i can pay entire amount but they refused. so i paid my payments excluding Allied Trustee charges. i asked them for payment plan but they are charging 100% extra for the payment plan which i refused and paying my HoA payment only monthly. no they are charging $30 extra as partial payment fee. finally they made my charges to $2900 after 12 months. i am still begging them to lower their charges and they are denying it.I am still not sure how charging 5 time more of a amount due would be reasonable for any company when a person couldnt even pay the initial amount beacuse financial burden or any other reason and how can they justify these charges

Allied Trustee Services acts as a trustee and debt collector for Homeowners Associations (***s), helping them enforce their rights to collect overdue payments from property owners within their communities. **** rely on each property owner to contribute their fair share towards community maintenance. When owners fail to meet their obligations, it unfairly burdens the other owners, who may have to cover the shortfall.

We adhere strictly to all debt collection laws and follow the directives of the ********* of directors.

Your file was referred to our office in October 2022 to collect overdue amounts dating back several months. The *** had made multiple attempts to contact you before referring the matter to collections, and Allied sent six separate mailings. We did not hear from you until three months after our collections process began, by which time a lien had been recorded to protect the ***. Over the 16 months the debt continued to grow and remain unpaid, we had numerous contacts with you, offering payment plans and other options in good faith. Only a few payments were received during this period, and the debt was finally paid in May 2024.

Its unfortunate that you did not understand your obligations as an owner, but this is not the fault of your neighbors. A relatively small debt became larger due to inaction on your part.

If you have concerns about our process, please contact our office at ************, and we will review your situation with you.

I owed money to my ***. I was unemployed for a lengthy period and fell behind in my *** fees. I made arrangements with the *** to repay the fees but they did not honor the arrangement but forwarded my account to collections with Allied Trustee Services. I agreed to pay all of the back payments in two installments when I got paid at my new position. I both installments as scheduled on 8/1/2023 (Check #**** for $850) and 9/1/2023 (Check #**** for $1,331.10). Despite making the last complete payment the company assessed a lien on my property the same day as I sent the last payment to them. The company cashed the check several days later and I received the lien documents today 9/11/23 despite honoring the payment arrangement and a verbal agreement from the company that no action would be taken against my property without a verbal conversation. They have now assessed additional fees in the form of a lien at $2,266.47 after they have not kept their word. I want the lien removed and I will not pay additional fees because they breached their verbal agreement to me to accept payment after I was paid. I work for the ******************* and am paid monthly, thus I have paid half of my paycheck twice to pay the assess fees of $2,881.00

I informed ******************************* in September 2022, that I was the agent for my uncle, *********************, who owns a home in a property managed by their company. Despite providing the company with the contact information, they continued to send correspondent to my uncle's address, ********************************************************, however, it was addressed to me and my uncle. Again, the association was provided with proper contact information for me, as **************' agent. Subsequently, ******************************* and NA Shade, initiated collection actions against ************** and placed a lien on his property. ********** Law has specific laws regarding notice of collections, which were not followed by ******************************* NA ****************** LLC or Allied Trustee as its agent. I have contacted the companies, provided documentation they requested and still have not received a response in regards to this matter. I would like for the lien to be removed and for the debt to be removed from collections. I would also like for the late fees, interest and any other fees associated with the collections to be removed. Lastly, I would like for this matter to be resolved amicably and that any future notices regarding ************** to be sent to me as requested
