I purchased a home through element mortgage in January of 2021, they sold it to American pacific mortgage, then to *************************, and other location for American modern mortgage and by September that same year sold it again to freedom mortgage. Now this whole time, I have gotten terrible customer service, no loan documents, insurance or taxes transferred to the next company properly or it recorded with the state properly. I am beginning to think this is a scam, Someone just pocketed my money after selling me a lemon and there is no office to walk into, and the title and escrow companies never answer the phone. What am I supposed to do, wait till I get foreclosed on? Till someone properly services this loan.

I am rejecting this response because:The phone number is clearly available **********, no calls have been missed or anything from this company. The mailing address they can send information to is also listed ***********************************************************. Or **************************************************. They can ***************** letter so they can be sure I have to show my I D to get if. This is the problem the whole time. Either they are not sending or calling or someone is intercepting my calls and mail. So if American pacific mortgage has an office ok drive there and go inside and talk to a real person. As I get the run around. Even more so with freedom mortgage who they sold my mortgage to last.

I am rejecting this response because:the can reach me at ********** they do not return phone calls and have not tried to call as I would answer, they can send mail to phobic 865 ***************** no *****. The company has 2 different locations that they have used and I was told my element mortgage that American pacific mortgage purchased it and then transferred it to ************************* which is a different American pacific mortgage company in the same cooperative company and then they sold it to freedom mortgage, when transferred they did not send me proper paperwork or inform me I had to call and see why my payment screen was not working. The transfer was not recorded with the land management or with the credit reporting companies, the title company or escow. I received nothing about end of year or end of loan transfer or anything.

In 10/21 I began my home buying process. The initial realtor that had introduced me a lender she got all of my info, told me that I qualify for 179K. A few days later I changed Realtors and sent the info. She did not seem happy about this but never actually said anything about it. began looking at homes new realtor, found a property, made an offer. Agent reached out to sellers agent and told them I would not be a good fit because I asked about the down payment assistance. email was forwarded to my realtor and she sent it to me. Asked Agent about it, she denied the event even though I had the email. The seller passed because of this. Found a home, made an offer. I informed Agent through an email. The offer was accepted a few days before 11/2021 told agent closing date was scheduled for 12/30 and I along with ******** began sending messages to Ree. I finally received a response from asst. she stated they were working on it. 12/27 delayed signing to 1/07 delayed again to 01/17. 1/22 agent informed us she was submitting to underwriters. UW denied bc it was processed as USDA instead of FHA. Called back and spoke with the President of the company and I was informed that the agent, super, and asst have been fired. I explained the situation and informed him that I have every email and text sent with her pretty much guaranteeing that this was going to happen. He stated he would have the loan approved and I would sign within **** days. The sellers were ready to move on. I called my Realtor and informed her and 20 minutes later the President of the company called back and stated due to a 2 year old bankruptcy he wouldnt be able to move forward. I explained that the agent did not indicate this and the ** was 2 years old and Ive made improvement to my credit and this should not be and issue. He stated he would work on it and Im still waiting I was just old by the agent to inform my current landlord that I would exit the property by 01/20. Im going to be homeless with kids

I reached out to American Pacific Mortgage in Nov. 17, 2020 and was told that my mortgage could be placed into their Covid assistance program, since my income was impacted by Covid. They failed to place my account into their program and I proceeded to receive late notifications, I called and emailed several times and eventually was told everything was fixed and they would take off the false information they reported to the credit bureaus about non-payment. Currently, it is still showing on my credit report. They transferred my mortgage to a different company and told me to contact the new company, even though it was their company that reported. They offer Covid assistance, but never placed my account in it, which didnt assist me. It hurt my credit. They are extremely difficult to contact ( email, phone) and I received different answers from different representatives. It was bad enough trying to recover from an illness I almost died from, but then being told I would receive assistance with my mortgage and instead I have been trying to undo the damage that was done to my good credit.
