The vendor or represented company named, catalyst mortgage company has relentlessly tried to contact me via my mobile phone after repeated request to be removed from any/all contact call lists. We/I have not requested any contact from them for any business or for any other reason. These calls are totally unsolicited. The caller and the company has been reported to the **** and has violated both federal and state do not call lists, has violated the federal OPT out list and do not contact list. I have had no contact with this company or any of its affiliates and have only blocked their numbers from automated and manual dialers. Yet still to receive calls daily from this company everyday at all hours it has become a harassment issue. Please consider my formal complaint.Business Response

We have reviewed this customers name and telephone number and do not have any record of it within our system however, have placed this consumer on our internal. Do not call list. Please be advised. I am rejecting this response because: The follow up to the calls have led to a number either being spoofed with the Name from the Company (catalyst Mortgage) and phone numbers of local lenders from ********. The latest being a closing company called ******** and ******* title and escrow closing Attorney's.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: if the case of your response is in fact true and correct then it should be your repose ability to correct the possible sooofing of your number and Handel the numerous complaints on social media as well as ****** and many call identifiers. I can block calls all day and reject every number that comes with that name or at least either one of the names. But you should know that this is happening to a lot of people applying for any type of loan. In our case it was a car loan not even a home loan.Initial Complaint

Multiple calls daily. Block and report each one and they call with another number all show up on caller ID as **********************. I have no interest in dealing with them or need to. I want the calls to stop.Business Response

Unsolicited phone calls multiple times per week. Have left messages multiple times requesting for them to stop calling. They have even contacted my father trying to get me to take out a mortgage with them.Business Response

I don't know how or why Catalyst Mortgage got my personal information and began contacting me. I have requested that the contact stop at least three times. I'm not interested in this company or its services. I know nothing about this company. However, after multiple requests they will not stop contacting me. This is harassment.Business Response
