      If you would like a dysfunctional, incompetent unethical company to do business with, this is great company for you. Lack of communication is also one of their best assets as well as their rudeness. This happened last year; however, we did not understand the ramifications until we met with our CPA last week. As you will see when you look up reviews on other sites when they make a mistake, they put the blame on you. We followed all of the many rules/laws involved with a **** exchange. There is a 45th day identification period, we identified the property within one week and the funds were to be wired within a day or two. This never happened! Did a **** exchange using them to facility the transaction. They could not have gotten things more messed up. We had never done this before and had no idea what needed to be done and trusted them to guide us through. Huge mistake! The **** people told us they have never delt with a company so poorly organized. They stole money from us and reported income to the tax people that we did not receive. If we could afford a lawyer, we would *** their pants off. Probably too late now?
