    I purchased a product thru amazon, but didn't realize that this seller was not an amazon guaranteed member. So even though I have prime member status, amazon will not honor this sellers shipment of product sold off of their website. Today I received a criptic email from a unknown sender called piggycars. I was concerned about this email since not a known sender. when I opened it , the email was from "piggycars" who apparently is a 3rd rate delivery company. Their email stated " could not access your delivery code". I tried calling the phone # but since on west coast , there was no response since time difference. Their email box is "FULL". Tipical of a 3rd rate carrier. I looked up this carrier on internet and found this information about them..." online shipping broker "NOT BBB ACCREDITED" Amazon should know better than to allow a company to sell products on their website and not inform the amazon customers "shipping not guaranteed by amazon", which is what I am getting now that I have a problem with this seller. So much for being a "AMAZON PRIME MEMBER".

    Horrible. Wish I could give zero stars. Possibly they are a fraud company. My package was scanned into their warehouse on 12/7/2023 (55 days ago). They refuse to offer any help, only direct me to the seller to ask for a refund. Did they keep the package?? Why isn't someone looking into this business?

    F- ! They do not deserve any Stars!!! They have lies and stolen my packages. The lady that answered every single time I called blatantly lied and said they delivered when they never have.Please help!!!!

    Piggyship never returns calls, texts or emails. they hold on to the packages or have trouble processing them in time. Making every shipment I've had through them late. I've called maybe ***** times as well as emails in the last month for several different shipments. How can a business like this be legal? We put our trust in shipping when buying something online. It is affecting my business and my livelyhood. They have tried to deliver some of the packages and considered then undeliverable because they came late at night in the dark, taken a picture of my door and claimed they couldn't enter my apartment building. i believe they might even be giving fake shipment statuses but can't prove it. This company is abusive by taking advantage of customers trust in purchasing products online.

    Thanks to Piggycars for the timely delivery. This is a birthday gift I bought for my mother. Because I was in a hurry, I contacted piggycars and they worked overtime to deliver it to me in time. I am very grateful to them. My mother was very happy when she received the gift. Thanks very much!

    ello Everyone,I am a company owner who has recently noticed AliExpress has shifted their shipments to a sad excuse of a company called PiggyShip.There have been hundreds of my packages that have gone missing and not delivered over the period of a couple of months.I have contacted, called and emailed this company hundreds of times and heard back once.The amount of money I lose because of their sad excuse of a business practice is unforgivable and outright ridiculous while promoting false expectations.I have informed ********* that they have a week to respond to my companies regarding all of my missing packages. If they do not, I have a metric load of evidence to support my claims of blatant disregard and false advertising as well as 2 lawyers who will back my companies claims of stolen property from this company.I would like to offer this opportunity to anyone else who has been affected by PiggyShip to message me and submit evidence of any infraction they may have committed.Once the week is up, my team will be submitted a class action suit against PiggyShip and its partner companies for all charges we bring forth.My inbox is wide open and I have more than enough time and money to drown this sorry excuse of a company.Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you have been affected by this company, please join the cause so we can fix this atrocity of an excuse of a company. This will also send a message to AliExpress to not mess with our collective efforts and finances.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the handling of my recent order, which was placed on September 24, 2023, and was initially expected to arrive between October 1-6. As of today, October 13, I am yet to receive my package, and the ongoing delays have become wholly unacceptable.For the past week, every day I check the status of my delivery, it keeps indicating "out for delivery," yet no actual progress seems to have been made. It is evident that the information provided is not only unreliable but also misleading, leaving me in a state of constant anticipation.Furthermore, when attempting to contact your customer service, I have encountered significant difficulties. The system consistently redirects my calls to a mailbox that is perpetually full, or dropping the call entirely making this entire experience even more stressful.This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I have been eagerly awaiting this package for over a week now, and the prolonged delay is disrupting my plans and causing undue stress. I chose your service with the expectation of a reliable and timely delivery, and the current situation is far from meeting those expectations.I demand immediate and transparent action to resolve this matter. If the situation is not rectified promptly, I am left with no choice but to explore legal actions to seek compensation for the misleading information provided and the inconvenience this delay has caused me. I believe that no customer should be subjected to such false promises and unreasonably extended waiting periods.I kindly request that you investigate the matter and provide me with an accurate and honest update on the status of my order. It is crucial that I receive my package at the earliest possible date to mitigate the inconvenience caused by this ordeal.

    Package had been out for delivery for 4 days, they keep updating the date but not delivering. You cant reach anyone or leave a message.
