I had Never purchased online 1 st time and apparently at next day I find out at 7;30 Sunday I won a car?! Was just looking and I can not drive Kee surgery or needed a car!? The won't Cancel due to software error in company site and they will not respond on email or my calls!? I am very upset want out of to his mess asap pleaseBusiness response

Customer is coming in to pay and pickup the car that he drove. Initial complaint stated that he was using a phone with a broken screen and that was what caused it to lag and submit a bid. Later stated he was using a new iPhone so it wasn't a problem with the phone and was instead with our software. Said he wasn't interested in a car and had never ***********, but he was logged into his account and registered for the auction and agreed to terms and conditions, and accidentally bid on that car instead of the one he really wanted. Then stated he was having knee surgery and lived in the Bay Area and couldn't drive so he didn't need a car, even though he said he bid on the wrong vehicle and was interested in a different one. We cancelled his purchase and issued a cancellation fee in accordance with terms and conditions, he later called saying that he would buy the car and would come in to pay and pickup on 5/17/2022.Initial Complaint

I purchased a lot of 400 redwood boards. I picked up the order and they used a fork lift to place the wood on my trailer. The next month we removed to plastic and noticed we were 100 boards short and the wood was not the same lot I had paid for. I contacted them and showed proof of receiving the wrong product. I was told that they would replace the lot with another one that had 400 boards. After that they never called me to give me a replacement. I have emailed and called and they never call me back. This has been since July.
