      Purchased several items via online auction and have yet to receive them. Since last visit I have continued to receive charges from future orders that I have not received nor have I received and information from company and *** left several messages on all listed corporate pages and havent heard anything. Upon inspection of already received items they are not as described and pictured.

      Falling Prices/RL liquidators has charged my credit card a total of $49.99 for yearly membership renewal. I have called and emailed the company multiple times to cancel my membership and refund my fees, but I haven't received any response yet. I also inactivated my membership in the falling prices app. Additionally, I called the RL liquidators phone number and asked to speak with the billing depart or supervisor and the employee took my message, but they didn't return my call.

      Background: ************ owns and manages various stores, one of which is called "Falling Prices."The store in which the expereince happened was ***************************************************************************. I purchased the platinum memebership (see photo of bank statement/image of proof in App.) and planned to attend and shop the store on Tuesday, August 13th. On August 12th, 2024 at 6:32PM I additionally purchased a "Premium B Line Pass" that is available for purchase (if desired) only for ******** members (see photo of bank statement/image of proof in App.). My spot that I purchased was initially for #** in line, but in the morning we were moved to #** for reasons unknown to me.Please see photos from the businesses website, outlining what ******** services entail with purchase. Please also see photos of my App on August 12th and August 13th. Incident on August 13th at 10AM:My family and I arrive to the Falling Prices located at ***************************** at approx. 9:20AM.As the line fills up, my family wait in the car until 9:55AM -- anticipating our entry into the store with our PURCHASED line pass, which was #**.As #** was called, the app was not loading my picture to the workers standards. My photo was on my account details in which I showed the worker, but she ****** denied me entry. Despite pleading, explaining that I had paid, asking to show my ID and credit card to match what was on the account in the app, the worker RUDELY instructed me to the back of the FREE, general admission line which had well over 100 people in it. Two other platinum members' app was not loading their photo fully either, therefore were denied access. The store manager informed me that I should have been let in and to contact HR for refund. However, the business is not returning my emails or calls. I even went to the corporate office hours away and I was turned away. They are not making it right and breached user terms. There are many other issues that I would like to adressed with them as well.

      Been bidding on items from ********* BIDRL location and have picked up all items and made appropriate purchase payments. I do not owe money nor have I broken any of their posted terms. I have 2 main grievances. This is a bid site that takes bids then charges 22%. My main issue is I suspect fraudulent bids by employees. No way to prove it of course other than anecdotal observations and web searches turn up users that somehow miraculously bid on items right at the last minute and magically manage to bid one increment below your max ***** bid. For example I recently bid in a high value pizza oven and should have won it for under 150 but a user somehow managed to bid exactly 1 bid increment below my ***** bid and ran the item up to 252. After doing numerous searches across ******** index of the BIDRL site I can see the same user has miraculously done the same thing on many high dollar auctions and is never the last person standing thus never responsible for having to pay. In fact, the only times the user was listed as a winner on any auction, the same items were on auction again the following week, meaning they never paid for their purchase and the items were relisted. While I feel this is shady at best and fraud at worst, I sent email to them to inform them of the issues and instead of responding they simply turned off the ability for my account to bid. What's more, I have emailed them asking for the reason why they turned bidding off and they simply ignore the emails. In fact I have used their own website to send them the emails so I know they are receiving them. Over a dozen unanswered emails and half a dozen unreturned calls. At this point I am confident this Tulare location is operating against their own policies and procedures and are engaging in public fraud.

      *************** BidRL.com Auctions located at ************************************** ************** ***************************************** in conducting deceitful business practices to consumers. After recently learning about BidRL.com from a friend I created an account. I bid on items at several locations. Most locations would post any obvious defects with picture notes such as "Missing Parts" "Damaged" and *************** On", clearly allowing the consumer to know the item's condition, except at *************** BidRL. At the ***** BidRL location, I won Lot# TMA3038 - GO TRAX NOVA BOARD on 03/29/2024 for $36.71. The auction did not list that the item did not power on. Also, I won Lot# TMB8025 - NINJA PROFESSIONAL BLENDER 04/04/2024 for $36.39. This item was visibly damaged although this information was not posted on the auction site. These fraudulent business practices are being done under the guise of BID WITH CARE - Info for New Bidders, "BIDRL.COM is a secondary marketplace and it is not the right fit for everyone; there are amazing deals here, but there is also risk. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken. We share what we know about each item in pictures, titles or descriptions but we don't always know, don't test most items, and don't accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds. If you have not previewed an item (physically inspected it in person) and must make an assumption about that item before bidding, assume it is broken unless the description states otherwise. Effective bidders get great deals, and many make great money reselling what they buy here, but it takes time to become an effective bidder. Please, bid with care." All other BidRL locations posted this information clearly except the *************** location.

      I purchased Bosch dishwasher for the Sun $643.00 it does not work. I contacted the company and they refuse to refund money. They did not disclose the machines arent tested/ working, ************ basically is ripping consumers off. When you buy appliances from a used appliance store they test and make sure it works.

      On 3/26/24 I closed on an auction of 3 items. They were posted as "3x300ft weed barrier." Maybe 6 of them in an auction. They used the same photos for each item even tho all the items are physically different and were bidding based on box damage. I got the items home and all 3 are labeled as 3x100ft on the box clear as day. I spent 2 hours drive of my time and my project fell behind because I was short material. I paid 45$ each and it turns out brand new 3x100ft roll is only about 20$. I reached out for a resolution but they stated that they do the best they can. I fail to see when it's written on the label.

      I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years. I recently was disrespected by multiple employees, which I filed a complaint with the customer service manager. When she finally responded back to me, she said I would be contacted by the District Manager "shortly". That was over three weeks ago. When I emailed her multiple times asking when I would hear from the district manager, my account was "temporary disabled" without an explanation. I want to be contacted by the district manager.

      BID RL business seem like falling down hill fast.All they do is collect as much as money they can.BECAREFUL THEY HAVE THEIR BOT AND PEOPLE TO BID ON THERE AND TO PUMP UP THE ****** One of employee told us.We try to pick up some of our last items before we quit bidding at there site.Come to store with 5 people on the line. The 3 people got help. From the person in front of me got told go home and come back tomorrow, we dont pull anymore since she need to go help with falling price side.Oh wow! After we wait for 30 mins, you tried to ask us to go home and come back tomorrow. The front person was up set leaving since he live next to. But i drive 4 hour here.

      On October 28, 2023 (Saturday) between 10:30am and 11:30am my two kids, cousin and her daughter were shopping at Falling Prices located on ************** in **********, **. My cousin was visiting from out of State so she and her daughter wanted to check out Falling Prices since they dont have any Falling Prices stores out where theyre at. I was excited to take them because I always brag to them about Falling Prices and how great the stores are. Ive been shopping at Falling Prices for over a year now and Ive been to multiple locations all around ********** many times including the one on ************** so Im familiar with the rules of shopping there or at least I thought I was. Unfortunately, this time within 5 minutes of being inside the store at this specific location, the security approached my cousin and I and told us that kids under 13 are not allowed to have their hands in the bins. Our kids were disappointed and so were we. This was new to me but we decided to just go with it and explained to our kids that they werent able to touch anything and we continued shopping. 5 minutes later, we hear the security yelling to everyone that no kids under 13 are allowed in the bins. We continued to shop. Another 5 or 10 minutes went by and at this point my cousin and her daughter were at a different area than my kids and I when the security approached me and asked me if I had anyone to wait outside with my son. I told her no and asked her why. She then said to me that we werent following the rules so I asked her what rule that was and she repeated that kids under 13 are not allowed in the bins. I told her my kids didnt do anything wrong and she said shed have to ask us to leave if we didnt follow the rules. At this point I felt she was just targeting us so I asked her where on the door or window does it say that there are no kids 13 and under allowed in the bins and she said to me that every location has their own rules which I can understand but she then added that no one will ring up my purchase and so I told her Im not buying anything and thats when she threatened me and told me we had to leave and that if we didnt then she would put me down as trespassing so we end up leaving after I told her I wasnt trespassing. My kids were well behaved. This has been the worse experience Ive had in any Falling Prices.
