      ****** failed two weeks after installation, to the day. Feeling betrayed and sick to my stomach. To compound this, the customer service and warranty department will not answer calls well within posted hours. I was one of the possibly many who stumbled across Greentec on the internet in time of need, and if that sounds like you or you can relate, I can tell you the experience has been one if not the worst I've ever had with a business. I am a super amicable person and am never one to leave reviews, but I feel so slighted that I want to warn others. I'm just a college kid already scrounging for money and I feel used considering I just dropped 1600 on a battery that failed within 2 weeks. Feeling scammed, I could wax on forever about how gross I feel right now but I think you get it. Will update you if any fruitful resolution or swift action comes from Greentec but right now it looks doubtful it'll be long-lasting. The *** code returned was P0A7F (Hybrid Battery Pack Deterioration), a far cry from the supposedly "rigorously tested" batteries they claim.

      Had refurbished battery installed at Greentec. It failed after a few weeks. Expensive to have car towed 2 hours to get replacement and unhappy with wait time to get car in for service. Waiting for customer service to call me to schedule. They wont give me the phone number to call the shop directly. Regret having used Greentec.

      My Volt battery died and was reluctant to change it out because of the cost. I noted that they are on BBB so I trusted to use them and was not disappointed in the end result. So far so good and in hindsight I suspect that the original cause of the failure was self inflicted by driving an electric vehicle like a gas car!!!!!! the work was not done as quickly as expected but I was not in a hurry anyway.I am happy with the result thank you ****!!Huw

      Extremely disappointed. Purchased a refurbished battery that failed after 8 months. Second module failed after 3 months. Now, the third failure after 4 months. Every failure occurred out of town making the logistics for getting the truck back to ********** very costly and time consuming. System failed while driving on hwy 80 causing me to dive between two semi's doing ***************************** ****** almost killing me. After replacement if failed AGAIN with my grand kids while driving. Brought it to **** for diagnosis since the system was new, how could it fail?Now they tell me the warranty was up after 4 months on the 3rd module. So far, not impressed with their products, promises or customer service. I had hopes they were reputable, but so far one of the WORST companies to work with. We'll see if they really have "incredible" service. Oh yes, can't forget the large scratch the rear quarter panel during the last service. Stay tuned........

      I went in to see about getting my hybrid battery replaced, but the diagnostic showed that the battery was fine! Now I know I dont need a new hybrid battery :)

      These guys are incredible when my battery died they were extremely kind and helpful in getting it replaced quickly. I felt heard and understood and taken seriously. Customer service is A1 I will only be coming here for any battery issues I have from now on THANK YOU

      Purchased 2002 Prius with brand new Greentec battery - receipt said it had all new upgraded modules. Within 1 week I got the red triangle on the dash. Removed battery to look at modules - they were all used, date coded between 2004 and 2012. It looks like Greentec just uses old modules and paints the cover green and puts a new sticker on the cover. I have plenty of pictures to prove. Stay away from Greentec Auto.
