my course packet and was very disappointed in what I received. They only provided study information on the legal half of the test. I called wanting a refund and spoke with them and was told refunds were not an option but if I wanted to proceed we could still do that. Which I figured what the h*** they already have my money. After a lengthy phone conversation I found I still had some ducks to get in line before submitting application. So after getting everything lined up I called the school back to proceed, and was then informed that I had only a four month time limit and that my enrollment had expired. I was not made aware of any time limit and was told it was in the fine print of my packet. This company is an absolute scam that provides from what I can tell a half rate service, and even worse customer relations. I asked why wasn't a phone call made to me to let me know my hard earned money was about to go up in smoke and the response was "we don't call students, sorry for your loss". Please if you read this use literally any of the other schools, I can almost guarantee a better experience.Please read their yelp reviews as several of them are very similar to my experience. I don't thinks it's a coincidence that many people have endured their same l scummy business practices as I have. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB, but I doubt that will do any good.

**************** originally enrolled 10/6/2022. It is true that he originally has 4 months of enrollment to submit the completed application to begin the process, this is spelled out in his student enrollment agreement and disclosure just like every other student. He contacted us again on 5/14/2024 wanted to proceed with his enrollment and was informed that his enrollment had expired. He enrolled over a year and a half ago. We could not keep his enrollment valid and we tried to explain to him that he could re-enroll. He became enraged and proceeded to curse at staff. he hung up. These are all details that ***************** has left out of his review.
