Date of transaction: 10/11/21 Roof changed on the week of 12/10/21 Amount of money paid: loan of $12,500 paid from bank which is financed Credit card payment paid $1000 Additional charges for replacement of rotten wood $6090 The business promised to change all the rotten wood and replace roof.Dispute:Haven't replaced the rotten wood and they took out the old roof the day of heavy rain and the roof started leaking which caused ceiling to collapse in one room and the bathroom the water was inside the lighting unit and was shorting and bubble popped up and other places paint and dry wall has cracks as well as the bedroom set in which the mattress and dresser got wet where the dresser has a bubble now. There is also concerns of mold and fungus growing since the inside of the dry wall got wet. The only thing they did was fixed the collapsed dry ceiling, the light and replaced the roof. Rotten wood is still visible from outside, dry walls with cracks and paint damage and possible mold and fungus that can potentially grow or could be growing hasn't been resolved. Patric a supervisor has visited the home numerous times keeps stating they are going to take care of all this and take full responsibility and nothing is getting done. I need this resolved as this was caused by them that caused water to get inside the dry wall and the house, the damage is unknown and can potentially cause alot of problems in the future. Roof doesnt get changed that often and costs alot of money, what we pay, we need to get the service that was promised. Not all the money at this time is paid and I dont know if they have taken the money out of the financed bank account. I have no problem paying once all this is resolved. I have tried numerous times to let them know to fix it but nothing is getting done. Please assist with this matter. I do not have extra money laying around and time to deal with this kind of unprofessional behaviour.Business response

The statements the customer made are not correct.
Customers roof is complete as well as repairs.
Only $1000 has been paid, he has not paid for the completed work.
We completed all repairs in a professional manner including prime and painting of new dry wall.
Once the customer stated he had additional concerns we have tried to schedule a meeting to resolve the concerns.
I have called, text and emailed the customer countless times with no response.
I am going to call and email him again to schedule a meeting so we can address any outstanding concerns.
Once I meet with him I will get back to you with an update.
