December of 2021 JC Construction and remodeling was contracted and payed $45,000. Floors where part of the contract and shortly after installation the flooring started breaking and falling apart. Leaving are feet at risk of cuts and tripping hazards. Not to include embarrassed of the cost and outcome of the labor. Contacting ********************************* owner of the business he hire an inspector that gave an inaccurate and false inspection conclussion. **** knows its false and will not respond to text anymore to say he will not be honoring the contract. My assumption is he wants the year to go by so that he can say it is past warranty. The inspection said that due to having no shade on our windows the uv rays caused the damage and so we should have read the flooring specifications. Its false because not only does **** know we have window rolling shades because his workers had to clean them due to not putting plastic up before texturing the walls. The pictures from the inspector show the shade down. All our windows have covering. Instead of just doing right by the customer he rather force us to work at making him provide the service we signed in a contract. He is not being honest in his heart and should come out to see how he can make things right. Its his name and his business and he talked about all the years he had in construction and how he would do right by us and leave us happy. Its been a nightmare. All we would like is for him to fix all the broken floor panels and prove to us that he is a man of his word and contractually honor that word.

My wife and I went into contract on a kitchen remodel with Jc Construction back in July of 2021 and were told it would be completed no later than Dec 2021. It is now July 2022, and this contractor has stung us along and tried to gauge - price us to things we had already agreed to. Also, we stated from the beginning that we wanted a smaller window to put in where the old ones were in the dining room and were even drawn out by My wife when we had the initial quote. Still, **** denies this and said it was added after, which is not the case, and it is even in the blueprints.****, also tried to charge this to us, and I said no it was what he agreed to. I also asked **** not to do anything until we sat down and discussed the permit, contract, cost, and timeframe. I also said that I had been told so many things just to be strung along by **** and that I want it all in writing so there will be no miscommunication. **** sent me a text on July 20, 20 at 4:54 pm saying lumber will be delivered Friday, I told **** **** if he did so he would be completely responsible for it, and that was on July 20, 202 and what did **** do, not listen. The delivery driver for the lumber yard showed up at my home, and I refused the delivery as I said I would. That was sent to **** on July 20, 2022, at 9:33 pm. , and **** responded by saying" can I stop by *******", and this response was sent at 9:58 pm. On July 20, 2022. We have tried on several occasions to communicate with **** and voice our concerns just to be dismissed or ignored completely. **** forgets what he says, and promises. We have been without a kitchen for over a year now, and we are done! with this company. This is why we are filing this complaint with you as well as the ******** Also we found out after this whole issue. **** has done this to other people as well in the past. He tried to give me this bill and said it was added lumber needed. I uploaded the doc. I asked **** for original lumber list and he would not or could not give
