    Check in: Wednesday, Oct 4, 2023 Check out: Monday, Oct 9, 2023 I did know that this was not going to necessarily be a great room but this was HORRENDOUS and blatant false advertisement.Advertised:Fridge - didn't have one Microwave - didn't have one Pool - permanently closed Iron - didn't have one Hairdryer - didn't have one Continental breakfast- didn't have this Wardrobe/closet - didn't have one I spent about $80 on perishable food prior to this trip to save money because the fridge and microwave were advertised. All of that food went bad. ** was hard to control and picture was spotty. Wifi was super slow but at least that and the cable were free. My bed had hairs in it when I arrived which looked like *****.There were boogers on the wall. Graffiti was etched into the ** screen. All dresser/desk drawers were broken. The toilet moved when you sat on it. The bed was indented in the middle and very uncomfortable. The vending machine was out of order. There was only one side table and there were no bedside lamps, only the super bright overhead lights. Photos on Booking showed two side tables and bedside lamps. It also showed a sitting area but that was non-existent. There was just a big empty area. The elevator was broken so bringing all my stuff up and down on the 3rd floor was a huge task. An employee offered to help me bring some of my things down to my car at check out but when he had me in my room proceeded to hit on me even after I stated I am attached. This was very uncomfortable and super unprofessional.The area is undesirable and there were some definite crackhead activities going on at night. There was a lady screaming outside for like an hour my first night there and then another woman on one of the lower levels ran out of her room yelling and slammed the door which woke me up again. There is also work being done on the hotel (trust me it's desperately needed) so I was woken up by drilling and hammering this morning before check out as well.

    On ******** at 530pm recieve two email confromation from booking.com of $135.00 and super.com of $156... i called booking.com and spoke to 3 to4 receptionist And stated that they couldnt find the reservation.
