I am the owner of the company TTG.We paid $3000 in advance to the firm CEA, and received another invoice for an additional $4700, who promised to do a thorough and honest investigation of an employee claim against us, TTG.We received a report that was clearly biased to support the claimant, it was late in arriving, it contained myriad errors and omissions, it did not include interviews from 4 key witnesses, and it did not include all the claims that were retracted. In addition, because of its clear bias, we believe CEA was trying to TRIGGER a lawsuit as a result.Upon receiving the Investigative report post-deadline, we identified the following problems with the service and the Deliverable (the ********** Services were incomplete and did not contain everything relevant to the report; it did not correct all the errors and omissions it contained;2. Deliverable does not discuss or include any of the claims that were RETRACTED;2. Services missed the deadline of March 1, 2022;3. The Investigator promised to interview 4 Key Witnesses, which were not included in the ************** Services ignored and omitted facts as explained by several key witnesses, or reported the facts inaccurately as reported by non-claimant witnesses;5. Investigator has no credentials to be a psychologist, but used para-psychology methods to gauge if a person was lying by how big their eyes got or how they snapped back their head, or if they hesitated in a certain way when they answered a question, to name a few;6. The Report contains myriad errors, misquotes, irrelevant and inaccurate data, and frequently and intentionally omits evidence when it does not support the claimant;of their investigative Deliverable, and thereby make more money should their services be required as a result.

Our policy is to take a deposit prior to **nducting an investigation and then ask for the remainder of payment once an investigation is **mplete.  Per our website we meet all standards and requirements of investigation.  One of our attorneys **nducted the investigation.  The employer unfortunately did not like the findings nor the summary report, most likely because they were not favorable towards management.  We attempted to **ntact the owner many times, but she would not take our calls.  Once they determined they did not like the report they **ntacted their credit card **mpany and stopped their payment.  We gave all documentation to the credit card ** and made our case re: our policy and her acceptance of our policy and they processed the payment.  We did waive the additional fees owed by the client ($1700) as a **urtesy. I tried to speak to the owner and she refused to talk with me and then hung up on me.  We are experienced and have handled hundreds of investigations - this is the first time something like this has occurred. *******************, CEO
