I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent employment opportunity I pursued at your organization. I joined with great enthusiasm, only to find discrepancies between what was communicated during the interview process and the actual job responsibilities.During the interview, I was led to believe the position primarily involved customer service, assisting loyal clients with their issues related to ***** ADT, and similar services. Contrary to this understanding, upon commencing my employment, I was immediately thrust into a role that involved door-to-door sales, which was not disclosed during the interview process. This was a significant deviation from my expectations and professional background.Moreover, the working conditions were physically demanding and uncomfortable. I was required to work extended hours in extreme heat, resulting in physical discomfort and health issues. Additionally, there were discrepancies with regards to promised compensation. Despite being assured of a specific weekly wage during training, delays and subsequent reductions in the agreed-upon compensation were communicated without prior notice.Furthermore, I discovered discrepancies in the company's billing practices that raised ethical concerns for me. The practice of misleading customers about an "activation fee" that is essentially a discretionary charge based on their credit score is not aligned with ethical business practices.Overall, my brief tenure with your company has been profoundly disappointing, both professionally and personally. The experience has left me in a precarious financial and emotional state. I find it regrettable that such practices are condoned within your organization, and I am compelled to bring these issues to your attention.I trust that you will investigate these matters promptly and take appropriate action to rectify these issues.
