She does not respond until Several days later after you have attempted many calls. She will take side money in order to be more favorable in that persons corner. She will lie to you and pretend shes doing work but yet she will communicate with the other party and break the law what communicating with the other side during a exparte. She will not listen to both concern and pick a side. And when you call to attention your concerns she will badmouth you, and your session early and blame you. She should not work with children, or even the court system.

Ms ********************** was court ordered to perform a **** custody evaluation August 19, 2021. Once the order was placed she went *** and didnt begin the evaluation and avoided returning my calls, texts and emails. When she did respond she stated my husband husband was refusing to participate so she couldnt perform her job. Then she went *** all of November 2021 and in December ******************************************************************************************************** ********************** had me reschedule 4 court trials which were pending her evaluation. When the judge requested she appear at the 1/4/2022 trial, Ms ********************** lied to the court about why she hadnt even started her evaluation. Ms ********************** became hostile towards me, she had ex parte communication with my husband and she defended his accusations against me, she threatened me and my disabled childs safety, she started yelling at me and calling me derogatory names. I recorded and transcribed the abuses by Ms ********************** and filed a complaint to the ****************************. Ms ********************** had me bring medical , court and personal documents to her and stated she would return them to me after she reviewed them. I requested them back numerous times. On 2/8/22 I have her recorded saying I could pick up my documents. Then by email she refused to return them. When I requested them again she refused to return them. On 3/28/22 Ms ********************** told the court, through counsel, that she was very upset with me and she had recused herself (during her investigation by the **** but Ms ********************** sent me a letter stating she recused herself 5/24/22. I requested, again, on 5/24/22 that Ms ********************** return my documents, I would pick them up, but she responded that she didnt have my address. Ms **********************s job requires that she know my address. Ms ********************** has still not returned my property. I asked Ms ********************** 2/8/22 and again in emails, to provide a detailed billing account, she charged me approximately $3,000.00, shes refused to provide a ****.

This is a Family Law situation and most of what was said is not true.  I will not reply as to specifics, as that is not ethical.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 06/10/2022

I am rejecting this response because: Ms ********************** did not perform the work she was hired to do, she created a false account of billing and used verbal and psychologically abusive tactics to threaten and coerce myself, a federally protected class member under the ADA ***** ii. [See 28 CFR 35.130(a), (b)(7)], and tried to force me to pay her more money, caused excessive delays in my case, her refusal to participate caused assignment of additional court ordered professionals (who like Stephanie **********************, are extremely costly).  Ms **********************s practice is fraudulent and harmful to persons with disabilities like myself, and like my son whom she was hired to protect.

      No further response.

      Customer Answer

      Date: 06/14/2022

I am rejecting this response because:Ms ********************** took money to perform work and failed to do so. She did not perform the work she was hired to do resulting in deliberate malfeasance. At my expense, she attempted to coerce and force me into placing my disabled child into an unsafe environment with her use of threats, bullying behavior, false accusations and false narratives that she manufactured and provided, in attempt to hide the fact that she failed to do the work she had been hired/paid to do, and as such, she caused a negative outcome. Ms ********************** should provide a full refund plus the 4% credit card fee she charged, as well as provide a written apology.
