This company is a complete train wreck of ************************** work. We hired two 26 trucks & despite promising to bring an extra person for the extra truck, **** showed up on the day of the move w only 1 other person. I also asked him to come earlier than his anticipated arrival of 10 am, warning him that there was a lot to load. He said that they would come early but they still showed up after 10 am. So my *********** worked along side the movers for 13 hrs, loading & unloading, despite the fact that we have 2 young kids, We finally got done unloading the 2nd truck @ **** am. Theres more. They dragged my Avocado mattress hundreds of feet across the ground f/ the parking lot to the new house & in the process ruined one whole side of it. They didnt even bother to use a flat dolly to support the middle of it. There were other issues with damaged items - dining table was wrapped in a blanket but bc of how they loaded it, something tore through the blanket and scratched the table. My sons clothing dresser completely fell apart bc they told me it would be fine to load into the truck w all of the clothes still inside. The other issues involved a complete lack of professionalism. They dumped my sons mattress on the floor & proceeded to walk all over it w their dirty boots. They didnt put together my sons bed after taking it apart They bellyached about how much stuff we had, even though they chose to show up understaffed. They left most of our items on the 1st floor of the new dwelling bc they were too tired to move things upstairs, & they left garbage all over the parking lot @ **** am when they left the job. There were pizza boxes (yes, we even bought them pizza & drinks), Pepsi bottles, napkins and assorted other items all over the shared parking lot of our new condo. So, not only did we help these imbeciles to load & unload our stuff for 13 hrs, I then had to clean up after them @ **** am, b4 driving back two hrs that night so I could nurse my baby.
