    The business informed us the cost would be $60.00 which is the *** package for a pedicure and manicure during the phone call. They also confirmed $60.00 in-person. however, the business then charged $109.00 We never agreed to this amount nor was it disclosed. This was a surprise for my misses which was completely ruined. I'm now demanding a full refund.

    Hi Dear,
    The wife of the complainer was the one that we did services to, and also she was the one who paid for the services.
    We performed whatever the customer requested us to do; and the customer was satisfied with the services.
    The customer **** a "Happy Face" on the receipt.
    Receipt is attached.
