    Item received not as advertised, used as directed but the medication consistently ran out a week early when I was supposed to receive 4 weeks of medication which led to lapses in treatment causing frustration and stress. I complained each time about the issue and finally got my last order on April 6 ****** fully refunded. I am seeking a full refund of my 2 previous orders ******, ****** for the same reason.

    They will not stop calling me and I didnt even sign up for their product. I get three calls a day at least.

    We would like to apologize for any confusion or inconvenience experienced by the customer. When visitors navigate away from our website (************************) during the order process or while completing their intake form, our standard procedure is for our sales team to reach out to offer assistance. This outreach is limited to no more than two contact attempts per day, which aligns with standard industry practices for abandoned cart follow-up.
    According to our records, the customer in question never answered any of our calls, nor did they request to be added to our do not call list at any point. Without this explicit instruction, our system continued the follow-up process as designed.
    Upon receiving this complaint, we have taken immediate action and added the customer to our do not call list to ensure no further contact will be made from our end. We value customer feedback and take all concerns seriously, using them as opportunities to evaluate and improve our processes.

    On April 13, 2025 I purchased injectable *********** from ************************** for $349. It was a 1 month supply which consisted of 4 doses of .25mg. Previously I had been on ******* for about 7 months with no side effects whatsoever. I received my order on April 15, 2025 and took my first dose on April 16, 2025. Almost immediately after taking it I began having severe cramping in my left rib cage that has been constant ever since. I looked into the pharmacy that wasnt provided to me until my order came. **************** in *******. I found multiple accounts where they hadnt been compliant with the ***. I called to cancel my subscription. I took one dose of this and its caused me unbelievable pain and theres no way I will continue to take the remaining 3 doses. I would like some sort of a refund. I realize that side effects come with this medication but not like this. I wish they had been more transparent about who they were using for a compounding pharmacy.

    They assured me that the initial month would commence at the recommended dosage of 0.25, with subsequent monthly increases of 10 units. However, despite my complaints about the ineffectiveness of the medication combination, which has not resulted in any weight loss, I've noticed that the dosage has actually decreased. Currently, in my fifth month, I'm receiving 40 units, but they've reduced it to 30 units with only 5mg of medication. I immediately contacted them on 04/04/25, prior to the shipment and pharmacist processing, to express my dissatisfaction with the reduced dosage. They attributed the decrease to a change in pharmacists, which I find unrelated to the medication's ineffectiveness. I requested a refund, which they initially agreed to, but later claimed that the issue had been resolved. Upon further inquiry, they informed me that the prescription would be shipped regardless of my concerns. I'm seeking a full refund due to their misleading information and failure to fulfill their promises.

    Call sales **** on 3/19/25 at 10:42am and asked, since I was already on zepbound (a tirzepatide) and had to self pay for the month of March could I start at same dose if I order throughSkinnyRX? Sale person ****** advised **** I would have to start over at starter does. I said ok. Tirzepatide was $249 (w/discount) 1st mo. and $399 each additional mo. However ****** stated if I took the 6mo. package it would be $1494 with 10% discount. On 3/19/25 They billed me for the $1494 then they also billed me for the $1344.60 the discount amount. After several calls over two days they finally fixed their billing error. Now I've received an email me saying my prescription of *********** is on the way with tracking# provided. 3/21/25 I call and said I never requested *********** I order tirzepatide. I requested that **************** listen to the recorded sale call with ****** sales *** on 3/19/25 at 10:42am . I specifically requested tirzepatide never once did i agree to ***********. This entire transaction with SkinnyRX has been a nightmare and at this point I would like a full refund.

    I ordered this companys product and first noticed that they didnt even accept or require blood work like other companies do. Clearly the medical staff working for them arent properly going about this. The product I received was in a small bottle, not like what was advertised, not to mention there was barely any product in the bottle. The bottle was supposed to be a months supply but ran out before reaching that point. Not only did I not lose weight, but didnt experience a single symptom/side effect proving its working. Ive taken this medication before through other companys and know what I should experience. On social media it appears TONS of others are experiencing the same, after months and months of use. Complaints fall of deaf ears and the comments from their company are rude and unhelpful.

As you had only been using the product for approximately one month, the full benefits may not yet have been apparent.
    While we have not received any documentation indicating you received less medication than ordered, we value your satisfaction and trust. As a gesture of good faith, we have processed a full refund of $199, which should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

    I receive multiple calls every day from this company. I have never purchased one of their products and have never indicated interest. Ive never heard of them until they started calling my number multiple times daily from different numbers (it always says SkinnyRX but no matter how many times I block you the number, a new number calls later that day). How can I stop this from happening?

    This company calls many times per day from multiple phone numbers. I initially had looked for more information about their product, decided not to use it, But now find myself buried in their phone calls. I block one to three numbers daily coming from this company.
