    Recently had a new HVAC unit installed by Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. As temperatures began to drop for winter, the unit would heat 1 degree and then shut off. I had to constantly shut off and turn on system to get it to heat. This is difficult during the night, so the temperature got very low in the house overnight (high 40's) and I had to keep getting up to to turn it off and on. it would take an entire day just to get the heat up to a comfortable temperature. I called for an appointment and the technician said the Plenum was installed incorrectly causing the air to go back on the unit and shut it off. I Had to schedule yet another appointment to get someone to fix it. ****** came out and said he fixed the plenum. Two days later the issue started again. Called for another appointment and ****** was scheduled to come fix it. He didn't show and I didn't find out till the next day when I called that it was because of the rain. Why didn't I get a call to say he wasn't coming and Why wasn't I automatically scheduled the next day if he couldn't make it? ? I called him the day after he didn't show and he was already booked for the day. Now it's supposed to rain for the next 5 days. **************** is very poor and if you are going to guarantee your work, it should be a priority to fix when something doesn't work especially when it was shortly after installation. Customer is forced to advocate for service rather than the company keeping track and scheduling.
