      They haven't processed my $1000 payment made every two weeks, like clockwork, properly. They apply it to principal, even after I've had numberous discussions with different people, who always assure me it's handled and fixed. They tell me I need to set up bi weekly payments thru them. I tried it before and they didn't process as bi-weekly. When I called them, they said they don't offer that service (why are the forms online and you state that you do..).I finally acquiesced to allow this inept company to be in control of my payments and spoke to the lady on the phone who finally said she got my form. I was told on the phone that my bi-weekly form was received, and my payment would start 10/5. On 10/6 I receive their harassment phone call to notify me my payment hasn't been made. I of course wasn't shocked, as the servicing on my loan has been horrible. The person I spoke to on the 6th told me the payment would come out 10/13.. Doesn't sound like bi-weekly to me...?I called today and ***** *. x ***** told me that the person just set up a one time payment on the 13th. She also informed me you can't find my bi-weekly form I sent in, which was previously confirmed as received.I have no faith in *** being able to set up bi-weekly auto pay. Everyone I've spoken to has lied to me and given me inaccurate information. Who is able to fix this problem so that you can stop getting my complaints? All I'm asking is for someone to do their JOB properly. This is a payment servicing company, so please service the loan correctly.I'm reporting this inept servicing once again to the Better Business Bureau. I'd also like to report that *** couldn't open a secure email and so I sent my social security number over the internet insecure. If my social is leaked, due to your lack of being able to open a secure email, I will take legal action. How can I start a class action lawsuit against this company?
