Please refer to document attached since there is not enough space here. Thank you. I will be forwarding my copy of the contract which is a light yellow carbon copy of the white front page original and hard to view. The business owner will not print me a clear copy of the actual contract (final) since there were revisions to the original, and he and I both have the final in some form. He has a file with the final and I have a yellow copy that is barely readable that I will send tomorrow as an attachment.Business response

we have done everything by the book, install was completed to California codes and requirements , the only part was missed is the sales guy promised to install a 16 duct under the house and our install crew could not fit the size of the duct under the house so Jaguar refunded $1000 and we added more ducts for FREE just as a gift form Jaguar. We tried to reach out a lot of times to schedule the city final inspection but you have been declining closing the permit.
your calls and text messages were answered all day 24 hours a day , you text at 4 pm we respond, you tex 4 am we still respond , till was overwhelmed and you start ruining our personal life so I told you to stop text and call between 3-5 am.
Jaguar is done everything is passable to make you happy and finish the project, and we are still willing to close the permit and move on if you would let us do so.

I am rejecting this response because:
you have not updated your contract to make the installation whole. You cut a hole in my floor and installed a register that is drafty and not sealed like the other registrars in then ground. This needs to be added to the contract as well as the work you have not done, which are both 16 and 14 inch ductwork, as well as confirmation that the *** above roof VENT has been replaced from the cannister.. In speaking to the inspectors, the would require inspection of floor vent, but you have not noted accurate information on the contract or your permit. You have not completed all work, documentation accurately and you have not reimbursed me for damages to my property.
