              Bought a Beekman Bookcase(order Y10442853) from Y lighting on June 1, paid extra for the white glove service. Bookcase arrived on August 2. Item was defective and the white glove service (Metropolitan Warehouse and delivery) was not able to assemble it, so I declined accepting the bookcase and was told the white glove service would send it back to the manufacturer (Beekman). I also called Y lighting and they said they would refund my money once the bookcase arrived at the manufacturer(Beekman) Well, its been a month and the white glove service and Y lighting can’t seem to communicate w/ the manufacture (Beekman) to schedule the return and refund my money. Looks like this is a fraudulent operation to send out defective furniture and then give the consumer the runaround until they give up. Will be pursuing legal action against Y lighting, Buyer beware of this company – they ripped me off $1200.

              I can start like Jessica in 2019! I have exactly the same problem; " Is it possible to leave zero stars? The worst company. The worst customer service. They sent the wrong item..." I bought an open box (High cone planter by Vondom). It was shipped the wrong item (I received a broken Amax Pendant on a parcel!!!!!). After e-mails with pictures and many phone calls, we still have the palette on our driveway. They have not sent someone to pickup the palette to start the refund process. When we call your customer service, they are not willing to help. This company seems to deliberately send wrong items and disappear when they must solve the problem they are causing. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with YLighting. Considering we paid for a planter but received a light fixture and they are refusing to send someone to pickup the large parcel to return the item for a refund or plainly refund us, this is THEFT!
