Hello my name is ********************* I'm 25 years old and a home Owner. A representative from grandmart Neydi came out and gave me a quote on my house at ******************** for ***** all included 50 year manufacturer 25 install warrenty through gaf. And she said that the satellite images were accurate and that the most the quote would go up would be three hundred and I said are you sure she said yes And I told her I'd be saving **** extra... She also promised me I'd have no issues since I explained that I had issues with PG&E and the gas company and other companies messing with me because they didn't want to put utilities under my name. Fast forward she then messages me a quote **** And she calls me on the phone and gets me to OK It telling me that they missed measured the roof and that there was an extra 300or 600 square feet on 2 side roofs plus the top roof because of ******************* had to be metal. But that they would be covering the metal and I just needed to cover the side roofs to go along with it and I okayed it while I was on the phone with her but now they're sending me photos saying that what I approved was gonna be a *** on the roof and that I was paying for the *** not the sideroofs on the quote .... I did not know what *** was but when she told me about the rough changing on the top she said it was metal and that it would have a 40 year manufacturer Warranty and a 20 year install but now that they're done they are now saying it's a 20 year Manufacturer and nothing else Even though on a recorded phone call on there and she said she would try to get it up to the full. Warranty that was promised to me.. through gaf... But to be clear i okayed these with a button on my phone on the phone with someone lying to me about what the quotes were And the product that was going to go on my house She has even been suspended but they also made It were I got 4 then 5 then 3 hours of sleep throughout the week because one day. I asked them to move away from the window with a air compressor that had a squeaky belt. That woke up my neighbors even and they left it there after promising to remove it... another day She woke me up on her personal phone and .Another day they took their lunch outside my bedroom window... But on the three hour day The air compressor that they said they moved and never did woke me up kept me up and I ended up getting into an accident at my work on my. PE. She also called me on my lunch break Her and a guy named *************** me on the phone telling me to take out loan over. And over and over again cause they were gonna raise the price again even though they promised it would never raise more than 300 and after the 1st increase. She said it again now for sure it shouldn't raise more than 300.... I've now gotten woken up multiple times by her harassed. Got an accident and lost my chance at a Promotion because they just didn't want to move their equipment away from a window and wanted me to take out a loan.. And they are denying my forty year warranty and they even sent in text messages that they'd honor the50 year from my first quote for the whole roof And they called me ensuring me that they would get this figured out with gaf And get me my full warranty and they wouldn't send billing until they had my warranty they've now sent billing Even though they're only providing 20 years on the plastic *** that I was promised 40 years on. And then 50 years on Which they are now saying a mistake they ment that on the shingles .... I'm aggravated and they're now threatening to take a lean out on my house if I don't pay it even though they never provided me the Full 40 years the 1st girl promisef me or the full 50 years the owner told me through texts that they would provide me a warrenty for.... I'm tired they've ruined my standing at work which was in perfect standing and they're trying to charge me more than what they deserve given. That they did not give me the full warranty.... I asked for a decrease in price since they went from a 40 to a 20 year. ******** and she said that her boss I could talk to him but he left five minutes into our conversation while we were on the phone and walked out... Insinuating that I wouldn't get any further with him than her.... This is unbelievable customer ********************** And I'm mad that my roof is good for only 20 years instead of 50 in some portions.... I hope you or daff can help me with them because they're not listening to me. They even talk over me when I'm talking on the phone to them. ***** is too much for a 20 year guarantee On my roof when I was promised 50 years. They are also threatening to pull out a lean on my house which I've only owned this house for 2 months and I don't know what that means to and I do not want to find out the hard way so if you could help me in any way with this that would be helpful And greatly appreciated... The owner never called me back and I'm going to work soon so hopefully. He'll resolve it himself but if he doesn't i'm glad i'm doing this now...
