they are selling my data and when i tried opt out not to sell my details. I followed their instructions on their site. but at the movement that feature is non operational. I have tried reach and contact them by phone and email. I don't see any effort from them to address my problem.I wanted to complaint about this issue

The complainant verified the issue was resolved to their satisfaction.
They are posting personal information for all of my family and myself. They have no option to remove it. This is unethical and needs to be stopped. With all the issues in the world they can post information without our consent.

For safety reasons for my family and me, I have been requesting my personal information be removed from various websites. I have been made aware by an anonymous stalker that they have knowledge of where I reside by searching the web. This company currently has my exact current address on their site, and I fear for my safety as I have been recently threatened, and therefore had to contact the police. I have waited to see if my information would be taken down and I can still see that my information is still public. I understand that we live in a world where everything is publicized, however, I feel the need to reach out to someone to ensure my safety. I am rejecting this response because:

1. I tried following their instructions but their opt out (don't my sell info) feature does not work. either the site or email don't work.
2. this does not only pertain to me. they are doing this for millions of others of americans. they are taking people's data and monetizing it with the people's knowledge or consent. this is an invasion of privacy and identity theft. they should be in jail for this. the site should be shut down.

All of the data on our website was willingly provided by the person who's information is referenced.

Data aggregation is not a new business model. Before it was done online, it was done through paper phone books.

This information is available to anyone. Even if you opt-out of our website, the original public records still exist elsewhere. However, we realize not everyone is comfortable having there information aggregated on a website, so we offer the option to opt-out of our website.

You are not authorized to use our data for your benefit. We should not have to opt out. We were never aware that you had our data and are monetizing it. This is an intrusion of privacy. Companies like yours are what is making the world a worse place by destroying our privacy and data security. You are evil. What you do is illegal in most of the civilized world like Europe where they have better privacy and data protection. Unfortunately we live in ******* where evil businesses like yours run wild.

I have been trying to have my address removed from the search results under USA People Search. Even though I opt out and had my information removed from the webpage, however my address still comes up under the search results.
