They have continually changed their phone numbers and when I was able to get someone on any of the numerous phone numbers they have provided, the answer was that someone would call me back and that never happens. And the phone numbers that they gave me have been disconnected, changed to someone else's answering voicemail service. They even told me that I didn't have a service with them but could show the contract we signed with them. They are scammers.......and giving them access to your computer has proven that they were doing things that they should not have while logged onto my computer.

This was a third party company for a medical practice I belong to. They improperly billed customers backed up invoices up to $1200 despite *** from their offices sending monthly emails that their invoices were paid and their total amount due was $0.00. After complaints from dozens of patients they were removed as the billing company and still contacted patients for payment, even after their contract ended. *************************** and ************************* specifically are responsible for requesting these payments after improperly charging patients out of network costs and failing to inform them until just days were left on their contract. This company should not be in business as they have exploited patients and attempted to take advantage of unwell individuals.

I received an "invoice" on my email stating that my subscription had been successfully pd for next year....It listed a phone # to call, if I wanted to cancel my order . I called the # and I asked the person that answered the phone, what this was about, he stated that he "would let me know", then I asked if this was some sort of scam and he said he "would let me know"....I hung up

Date of transaction was Feb. 24, '22 It was for a computer security clean-up and protection.I took the protection for one year for $299.99. It all seemed ok until I called BBB to check on the company and BBB rated them an F . I tried to call the credit card company to see if I could stop the transaction, but they just said it would go on file (???) and gave me the phone number that came with the transaction. I tried calling and was put on hold and finally got a busy signal. I got the names "Geeks Tech", ***********************, ************.Also the name "Find My Tech", Avast Business **********. I think I did a dumb thing and got scammed, or if not I would like to know it's ok.
