      Scammers! Do not do business with this company! I messaged them to simply check on the status of my order and I guess they took it personally. They lectured me about not purchasing the expedited shipping, and when I responded back about the lecture...they literally wrote "HAHA" and said I was entitled and "good luck, I'm gonna need it"... just for wanting to know the status of an order! They then cancelled my order, and disabled my account on their website so I wasn't able to respond or check on any refund. I didn't care about the "ECONMOMY" shipping that I did choose, I simply was asking when my order might ship out, and they absolutely went berserk on me. I Did contact my credit card company afterwards once reviewing other peoples experience on not receiving a refund. I am disputing the charge and have blocked them. They are highly unprofessional and extremely rude! Please read reviews, go somewhere else.. it's so worth it!

      Ordered a plumbing code book. There was a question on the address. I didn't respond fast enough on a Friday Night / Saturday morning in which I am not in my office. They cancelled my order and restricted me from any future purchases. Stay away from this company!!

      I wish I read these reviews before ordering from them. If the other reviews didn't say it clearly .. These are the rudest, most incompetent people running a company. Just horrible customer service! Rude emails from them felt like I was back in high school dealing with "mean girls"Stay away from this company!

      Ordered 1 book from this company on line. Received the incorrect item. They refused to refund because the package was opened even though it was clearly not used. It was literally in our possession for less that 30 minutes before I reached out to let them know the error. **************** is the worse I have ever dealt with. They refuse to take responsibility for their error and only emphasized that I was unable to follow instructions. This company deserves zero stars. Very condescending and rude. DO NOT buy thru this company - Amazon has the same items and delivers much faster and more importantly, you get the item you actually ordered. Completely unethical company - stay away from them!

      Ordered (3) books from this organization trying to save a few dollars. What a mistake...Only received (1) of the items that I ordered and the rudest customer service person that I have ever dealt with. They called me a F****** thief and said I was trying to commit credit card fraud when all I wanted was the items that I ordered. I agree with the other reviews that I just read ...they don't deserve even a 1 review!! Do not purchase from this organization....you won't be satisfied. Also, try getting a hold of them is virtually impossible and when I found their associated number on my credit card statement, they don't answer their phone anyway.Worse company that I have ever dealt with!!!

      Zero stars for ***************************** of Contractor Resource. I am having trouble getting a refund from *** for items I ordered online, but did not receive. Part of the order was received along with other materials that were not ordered. At the request of the vender, we returned the items we did not order. We asked for a refund for items not received. The vendor is offering a partial refund and charging a higher amount for items we did receive. This is clearly fraudulent. We also had to endure rude, harassing emails filled with lies and misinformation. I have a copy of the transcript to prove it.Do not do business with Contractor Resource.

      I would not give them ANY stars. We were only attempting to get a **9. It is our practice to attain the **9 from companies before ordering. However, our code official ordered without our prior vendor set-up process. He paid with a credit card. It can happen in any company. First of all, good luck trying to get a hold of them. Secondly, if you manage to get a hold of them, hold on tight. They are extremely unprofessional. This was their reply to one of our attempts:From: bookstore contractorresource.com You seem to be confusing contact with getting something you may or may not be entitled to. Big difference. -Contractor Resource. After a few more harassing emails sent by them, we sent them this final emailed attempt (from us):"We are in need of a current **9 from Contractor Resource. I have attached a blank one for your use. This is our 4th attempt of trying to get this information. This will be our last attempt. Below is a response I received on our 2nd attempt of getting a **9. A ****-Misc will still be filed with the *** with the word REFUSED . Contractor Resource is required to provide your EIN/TIN. The company will then be subject to a $50 *** penalty for failure to furnish a TIN. This was THEIR reply to that final email:"Lazy ****.if this was truly important you would have asked BEFORE you placed your order. Now you are making your mistake (or convenience) our problem."Save your money - order from ICC directly. This company (if you can even call it a company) should NOT be allowed to offer any products to the public.

      First off -1 out of 5 stars. I wouldn't even give them a star. You would expect to receive you order on time and in good condition when you are paying +1k for code books. I received 2 out 5 books. Have been asking for help the past 3 months, and staff still decided to argue with me. I have not received my credit of +$700 for my incomplete delivery.
