      This tow company is extorting people for money they cannot legally charge for towing fees and daily storage costs. This company is also collecting money for unpaid parking citations for a private property parking company (Priority Parking) when this tow company cannot act on their behalf and collect, or demand and use any debts owed to another company as reason to withhold your vehicle They are also not permitted to charge excessively for towing fees and storage fees. they are violating the California State laws and vehicle code and basically stealing your vehicle. this is fraud.

      This customer is a ********** person and doesn't have the money to pay for the tow bill. We are working with the customer considering her standing and giving her a discount in good faith. We are resolving this issue amicably.
