    I purchased a vehicle from the owner, *** in February 2023. The tail light was out and the airbag light on the vehicle was on. The car did not have registration tags and he assured me that they would come in the mail. I was to bring the car back in the following week so his mechanic could fix the issues with the car and he promised me that I could bring the car back any time in the future if I had any problems at all. I never received the tags, I found out that he never even completed the sale paperwork with the **** My car cannot be registered bc a smog is owed on the car, and it won't pass smog. I didn't know this until after I bought the car bc he lied and said it was registered. Also I brought the car back to him that week and he didn't fix the issues the lights went off and came back on a few days later. I asked when I could bring it back and he never responded I called at least 5x then June a couple months later I was having problems with the car and had it towed back to him. he refused the vehicle and blocked me. Im stuck with a car that needs 8k of repairs and cannot even pass smog. I am requesting that the car be registered, and that the issues be fixed. To fix the issues will cost me thousands on my own, more than the car is worth. I cant even drive it legally.

    Recently purchased a vehicle 02/27/23 the business in question sold a vehicle that was not street legal for example, headlights out, brake light out, tires over inflated, and tires lower than legal tread. The business as well didn't comply with the financial institution pre approval rates as well as odometer several hundreds above the contract statement additionally the foraging of e signature in part of the purchaser on contract.

    On 2/7/2023, I bought a 2017 *** from Motor Sports of ********** the car was not safe for the roads because the vehicle that does not have back working seatbelts. Three day later the brake system failed. Making the car a non working I cannot drive it otherwise the transmission will fail. I took it to *** Dealer who broke down everything that was wrong. I took it to my tire mechanic and he said that an all wheel drive should have the same brand of tire and explained why. This car had ALL four different brand of tires! I brought this up to Motor Sports they then blamed my driving as the reason for the car messing up I said After three days. He then lied (I know because I went **********************.) and said they turned me into DMV. *** is the only place that had a complaint and that was from me. They want me to go to their mechanic but I do not trust or in good faith believe they will fix the issues on this car as they sold a car as is with safety defects!

    I purchased a vehicle from motor sport sac on June 20/2022 upon purchasing the vehicle I notice smoke coming from the pipes check engine light keep on blinking on and off and the car is not giving that much power. Its like its hesitating me to drive. So the next day June 21/2022 I took the car back up to motor sport sac they telling me their Mechanic is not there the mechanic have a Health issue that wont allow him to work so the guy name **** put gas treatment in the gas tank and said o its nothing because he drove the car himself on the freeway and also noticed the smoke coming from the pipe and check engine light coming on. So he put the gas treatment in the gas tank and said the previous owner mustve drove the car until all the gas was gone. They gave me the keys back and I left so I can go to work. upon arriving to my destination I get stranded had to call a tow truck and waited for three hours to get a tow back to **********. I immediately call motor sport sac telling the lady whats going on she told **** 2 days later they told me to bring the car back because at this point the bank didnt finalize the loan for the car all because of the check engine light. Took the car back they change the spark plugs and the car is still doing the same thing I havent being able to do any work or drive far due to the car situation. So today they called me because the bank havent finalize For The Car and said they was going to fix the problem that the car is having. Took the car back two days later pick the car up. Now **** say its because Im Accelerating to get on the freeway is the reason check engine light is on. What/ that make no since to me I put down $1,500.00 So I take it to the shop and have a mechanic do a diagnostic upon the findings transmission in radiator is recommended to be replace. I sent the papers to Motor sport now she told me that the transmission is recommended not meaning it need to be change. So now they want the car back n no refund
