  They are amazing. The entire office is professional and caring. I have little doubt that they love my furbabies almost as much as I do. Their care for both 4 legged and 2 legged creatures is unquestionable. I could not be happier with the level of care and service they provide.

  Coming from a person who has 4 pet rats, I was worried I couldn't find a vet who treated rodents. Not only did I find one, but it's 10 minutes from home and there's a very positive, caring energy flowing from the staff. I am extremely impressed by the professional and immediate attention/treatment given to my rats by ************. I trusted him immediately. He performed delicate surgeries on two of my rats and they were back to their mischief in no time. He explains everything in detail and patiently answers any other questions. He is genuine and it shows that he loves his profession. His staff is upbeat and welcoming, and the owners of pets chat with one another as they wait. So far I haven't encountered a person there who has an aversion to rats. If you live in this area and need a vet, choose this one!

  I brought my dog here march 22nd 2022 The told me he had a upper respiratory infection and prescribe antibioticsthat two weeks later I found didnt help..my dog got worse I did some research and found a medication that I thought fit the description of my dogs symptomson chewy and also found the medication a prescribe was overpriced as I saw it on chewy.com also for a cheaper priceI ordered the medication and canceled the appointment the receptionist made for my dog even though I told he in great detail that I could not afford to bring my dog in again nor could he get in my car or come outside as he was very very sick.a week later I called because o never received the medication from chewyonly to find out that they canceled my order and didnt even say *********** my dog is dying on my kitchen floor and the doctor told me he wishes me the best!He refused to approved the medication that I need through chewy even though I told him my dog is dying in my kitchen and I need the medication. Never bring your animal here if you love them they do not care about your furry friend all they care about is the money

Unfortunately, as medical professionals we are unable to prescribe medications based on the owner's own research and desires. This is due to the potential of possible negative side effects from using the wrong medication, using the medication at an improper dosage and/or wrong medications in combination with one another that can cause harmful interaction. It is for the above reason that a recheck appointment was recommended to reassess your pet and make sure that we do all that we can to properly get these issues under control. In the event that medication is found to be needed at a recheck appointment and you are able to find it cheaper on a large online pharmacy such as chewy.com we are always happy to fill the request through them at that time.
