      The ** of ********* **** I bought a new honda accord 2022 car and the day and we did not inspect it is the day and the day ** I realized that a window the glass was scratched as with a knife and I spoke to them and sent them photos of the window and until January 4 they told me to take the car to check it and they did not want to be responsible because that scratch on the window glass could be seen by someone My that they did not deliver it like that and well such a thing that I got angry with the managers for seeing a new car sold in poor condition the only option they gave me was that I buy the window and install it for free, which one do I give my complaint for selling new cars in poor condition.

      I have not driven my own car in almost 2 and a half years, going back to the lockdown for COVID-19. Bought a used 2010 Accord LX and it has not given me any problems recently. The price was more than I wanted to pay, however the used car market at this time is treacherous in regards to current prices. Eddie Suber helped me out and put on his boxing gloves to get me the car, as I initially saw it on their online website. If your looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, ask for Mr. Suber. He's very good and skilled in meeting a customers needs and requirements. After a week, one of the back tail lights went out on the car and I took it back to the *** ******'s service center to be repaired. They repaired the light, but I did have a joke of an issue with the service manager in the office, who figured he could stare me down when I walked in to check up on the cars repair status. Actually, I have a black belt in Shotokan karate, so if he thought he was intimidating, well, I'll let him believe that for his sake. I had another mechanic get in his modified blue sports car and drive off laughing as I stood behind the repair centers garage. I overheard one of the repair mechanics complaining about the poor system in place for getting keys back to customers in a timely manner and the receptionist never said a word in response, which I thought was very disrespectful on his part in dealing with a co-worker. The back tail light was out a week after I paid $18,000 for the vehicle. Aside from those issues, it was a good experience purchasing my car. I did run into some conflict with the other people who work at this dealership and I will let that stand by itself, because it simply is not worth mentioning. Someone online had mentioned that I received preferential treatment, in regards to being offered this car first. I have to say that the other used cars that were available, actually looked just as good, if not better than the car I purchased.
