    0n 4-4-25 I went to Look cinema in *********** . I got there at 730pm my movie started at 820pm I had arrived a little early to get drinks and food before movie starts . When I went to leave I noticed my car was go Wilsons towing tock my car illegally saying the parking was only for the theater I then sent them proof of my receipt and tickets for the movies showing I was parked correctly and they made a mistake like they lady had asked at the tow company when she realized they where wrong she said their is no manger to fix the issue so I had to pay 660 to get my car back she was rude and laughed about it not caring they made a error towing my vehicle. I had to pay the 660 as I needed a vehicle . Not only did they tow my car illegally their pricing posted on the front of their building was different from what they charged me .. they charged me 192 for a after appointment release but their sign clearly shows its only 150 I will attach photos of my tickets showing proof I was at movies as well as pictures showing their prices posted on their building on different from my receipt . I want I full refund for their mistake towing my car illegally.

    Date of transaction 3/12/25 Paid $660 Release of vehicle from tow yard The vehicle was unlawfully towed before the 2 hour parking limit. The vehicle was parked at 7:50PM on 3/12/25 at ************ in *********** and the property owner called the tow company at 8:01PM which is not within the 1 hour allowed before they can legally call for a vehicle removal. The vehicle was also damaged and all dash cam footage was erased during the time of pick up when the tow company had possession of the key to the vehicle. I was able to monitor the vehicle on my phone app and all doors where opened as well as the glove box and all dash cam footage from 3/12/25 was removed. The vehicle sustained damage to the front driver side fender.The tow company denies all of this. The property owner of the parking lot says the tow company regularly patrols the area which I would consider predatory towing.

    Hello,

    Parking at ************ is for The Overland customers only. You were not a customer of The Overland, that is why you were towed. There are signs that clearly state it is for customers of The Overland only. As you stated, the vehicle was first parked at 7:50pm. However, the vehicle was not towed until 9:22pm. 

    How would we have deleted any footage from your camera system? I have never heard of that before. Please proivide more information and I can investigate further.

    I want to bring attention to the inadequate signage and lack of proper markings in the parking lot at the overland in ********. Currently, the parking signs are too small, making it difficult for drivers to clearly identify parking regulations. Additionally, the individual parking spots are unmarked and lack any signage indicating their specific designations.

    This lack of visibility and organization created confusion and lead to unintended violations or inefficient use of parking space. Properly marked stalls and larger, clearer signage would significantly improve the functionality of the lot and enhance the overall parking experience.


    I have a lot of knowledge of my own vehicle and of how the dashcam works. The entire month of March was deleted off the system and can only be done with the cars key in possession. From the time I headed over the key to have the car retrieved I watched on the app and noticed the doors being opened and counted 15 mins from the time the door was opened until the car was physically moved and then parked outside of the businesses gate.

    Wilson Towing LLC have a bunch of bullies and thugs working for them that intimidate stalk and *** people that could barely pay rent. I was asked not to park in the open spaces with out a parking permit I didnt I was told I can have my visitors park in my parking spot and thats where the car was, my car was being taken again for no permit because it didnt have a parking permit, 2 other cars didnt have them but he wasnt there for those cars because those cars were not in their system yet the driver contradicted himself about the reason to take the car yelled at me to show him the other unauthorized vehicles and said those cars had permission to be there somehow I asked how he said he didnt know I said I also had it and he started laughing. Said he would call the police and then he was really going to take but he didnt call said I need the manager there but he was sure she was not coming so there was another reason to take it it wasnt until I left to knock on the managers door to ask her that he dropped the car not before threatening to raise the fee because he could as if the car was at the yard I have plenty of video footage of that too no receipt given to us because he felt like it. This company targets people most of their tows are from the middle of the night check their record its not from 9-5 when they have been stalking us if they are not doing anything illegal why wait until people are dead asleep to come and tow cause they know no one is going to stop them and wake up to their cars being towed I have been a witness to them waiting for people to go in their homes to come in and take a video or the car they are targeting making sure theres no sticker and the leave and come back in the middle of the night Ive watched them do that. I want my receipt also sent to me so that I can show the manager what I was charged. I called the company and they said he did t make it back to the yard yet

    My car was towed from outside of my apartment at the Highlands at ************************. My car was parked for approximately 30 minutes and had a Uhaul attached to it because I am in the process of moving out of my apartment. Upon exiting my apartment to load my final items to the trailer, I found my vehicle had been towed. Considering there was a U-Haul attached, I would think they would give some sort of consideration to tenants moving out. Plenty of residents park large trucks outside the apartments when moving in or out, I have never heard of any other resident being towed. Again, I am certain my vehicle was parked for no more than 30 minutes outside the apartment before my vehicle was towed.I was quoted $660 for retrieving my vehicle the same evening or $460 for getting it the next day.

    On september 30th at about 11 PM I went to visit my cousin.Who is a resident at **********************. That I visit frequently. So i'm well aware of the parking policy that they have and I know where to park as far as visitors go and I know where the visitor's parking is, so I have a 2013 ***** ************'s lifted a very nice truck it has all the bells and whistles , and and it's quite flashy. A couple nights before my truck was told by Wilson Towing. The same driver was around the corner.Just scoping out what we were doing to my vehicle.I was changing my subwoofers out because I had a blown out amp. then a couple nights after that my vehicle was towed. So I called the phone number that they had posted. That is not seventeen by eleven inches with one inch letters by the way. Wilson towing does not have a contract with the apartment complex. So if they tell you this at the wilsons towing location they are lying and just try to steal your property. So a couple hours after they told my vehicle I went to the towing yard where they had my vehicle stored after I found out found where it was I called ****** police department and they said they had they had nothing on file so then I called Wilson Towing and after about 3 hours they reported it to the ****** ****** ********** which is against the law by the way. So I went down to the Wilson Towing yard to retrieve my vehicle they wanted to charge me $600 for a couple hours of storage that's nonsense they did not let me retrieve my vehicle because I didn't have my registration in hand how am I going to have my registration in hand when it's in my vehicle they didn't let me go to my vehicle to get my information they came back with a bunch of papers that were nothing that had nothing to do with my vehicle and then told me that I had to go get a copy from the *** and I wasn't able to do that because I they towed my vehicle and it's the only car I have

    Hello Sir,
    We understand you are unhappy with having your truck towed. However, we will not be offering any kind of reimbursement as you requested.

    Your truck was towed because a parking permit is required to park in the spot your vehicle was parked in. I have attached a photo of the signs which state this rule that are posted at all entrance/exit points of *********** that are compliance with CVC 22658.


    If your truck was registered, as is required by California Vehicle Code 4000, you would have been able to retrieve your truck when you first arrived at our facility. You admitted to our representatives that you had created fake registration for the truck and that it was not in your name. Further, you let it accrue a month in storage fees before finally registering it. 


    You called law enforcement on us several times, and each time they did not take action against us so I am not sure why you are still insisting we broke the law.

    Wilson Towing in ************** illegally towed my car at my residence apartment complex where i have lived for over 5 years...They are towing cars illegally and altered sticker in window they do predatory towing...They damaged my bumper and dent on back of truck. I asked to speak to manager who said her name was ******. She said she did not care and *** her and hung up...

     I am rejecting this response because: Wilson towing is a fraud and scam and all you have to do is ****** Wilson towing and you will see all of their corruption. My car was legally parked where i live in my complex for 5 years with free parking Wilson towing altered the sticker in my window and i did complain about damage to manager and on this receipt at the bottom of the page i put the damage to my front bumper is loose and damage to the back of my truck. Wilson towing used white out at the bottom of the page and made a copy and erased where i wrote the damage after signing...now they are putting on a dog and pony show...You can see at the bottom of the page marks still left where i wrote there was damage to my truck signed it and asked for a copy and they used white out and then made a copy like i never had written anything if you look at the very bottom of the receipt i have attached.. You can easily see at the very bottom of the receipt it has been altered like they altered the sticker in my window...

     I am rejecting this response because: I WANT MY COMPLAINT TO BE PUBLISHED ON BBB. WILSON TOWING IN *****************.     My vehicle was towed by this company due to no handicap plaque. Online it states that the establishment is opened 24hrs. That is NOT the case. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. If you go outside these hours they will charge you extra fees. They demand your registration when you try to pick up your car but thats kept in vehicles at ALL times. Theyre a tow company and should know that! Paid over 400 to get my vehicle back and the handicap plaque was in the car the whole time on the passenger seat. Must have fallen off my mirror. Youd think maybe wed get a warning for it, but no. They take your car so you are FORCED to pay money. Life is already hard living on a strict budget to keep a float. These tow truck companies are only here to dig deeper in your pockets and leave you with nothing. I guess my kids and I will be forced to eat cereal to survive until next month. Thanks Wilson Tow!

    On 6/14/2024 I was outside of my apartment with a neighbor when I notice a man just walking around the property taking pictures and video of cars that were parked in their perspective spot or in the extra parking spots, we asked who he was and we were completely ignored by this person so my neighbor went to go get one of the owners of the vehicle this person took pictures of, while we were still outside we notice he came back and was still doing the same so we then again asked him who he was and he refuse to answer our question, it was when he left that we notice he got in his tow truck, he drove off but decided to return and was doing the same thing we asked again why he was taking pictures of the cars were parked in a stall and he prefer to call his boss he finally decided to answer us and said if he wanted he would of taken our cars if he really wanted too that the cars could not have a dent or a scratch or anything of the sort so we were good. We immediately went to go speak to the manager of the apartments to make sure they were not going to take our cars because my car had a scratch and it wasnt because of an accident, for what we know the rules are that if any cars tags are expired, non drivable the property is allowed to give us a warning and ask us to remove the vehicle from the property but no warnings were given, the. This person who did not even wanted to identify as the worker decided to say that it didnt matter that they were going to wait for us to go inside so they can take anyones car then proceeded to wait out in the street, I felt like they were just harassing the property and the neighbors trying to use any excuse to make money, once the neighbors started to come outside and go to the manager its when they left. We called the business to make a complaint but they had any excuse in the book to defend the nasty behavior from their drivers.

    On 5/26/24 I noticed my car was missing from the parking space I parked in the night prior. My manager gave me a parking pass that last a week and I had it posted in my window. I called Wilson towing and they claimed they towed my car due to the pass not being visible. They charged me $601 and only had my car a few hours if that. My pass was visible in my window shield as I checked it before entering my house for the night. I dont feel that I should be paying for someones careless mistake or overlooking.
