      Dear BBB,I enrolled in Jager Trucking School on January 24th, 2025 and deposited $1,000. Went to school on the next day at 8 AM and couldn't find anyone to instruct me for ******************************************************** my deposit. The owner, Jodha, refunded my deposit the same morning. However, he contacted me after two days stating that he (Jodha) couldn't believe that I judged his school on a Saturday when they take their students on the road mainly. So, I felt guilty and I wanted to finish what I have started and requested him to accept me back to the school on February 4th of 2025. Jodha agreed and I repaid the deposit of $1,000 plus $500 the same day and remaining balance of $1,000 the next morning (02/05/2025) before starting the school. In total, I paid Jodha $2,500 via Zelle. I came to school at around 8:30 AM on February 5th, *********************************************** I was told to take a video of the exterior inspection of the semi truck and I did (it was less than 20 minutes long). I was told by the instructor Kalsher that the truck is broken down and needs to get fixed before he can let me get into the truck and train, however the rest of the trucks are occupied and offered me to wait in my car until 11:15 AM to see if he could get me a turn. I told Kalsher that, I can't wait for that long because I was supposed to get to work and left the school before 9 AM.Later on, contacted Jodha with some questions about the hours of school, but wasn't able to get any help. Also, contacted Kalsher, didn't get an answer for several hours. The business had poor communication, wrong advertisement, bad customer service.Since, I was not satisfied, I informed the owner that I no longer wish to attend the school, later on that evening.Jodha told me that he would give me a full refund and made me wait for 9 days and only refunded $1,500 saying he changed his mind about the full refund, he was only going to give me a favor. Please, help me!
