On March 16, 2023, BBB challenged this company’s advertising that appears on their website at https://kleenet.com/. The website states 100% satisfaction guarantee.
According to the BBB Code of Advertising the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertisings rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon requests, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.
Also, advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee,” “money back guarantee, “free trial offer,” or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer’s request.”
Kleenet was notified and we asked the business to provide a copy of their 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. Despite several attempts, the company has not responded to BBB’s request.
