    I am filing this complaint due to the inadequate services provided by the body shop in repairing my car, which was supposed to be covered by insurance. The repair work resulted in further damage because of water infiltration caused by improper workmanship. After discussing the issues with the shop, they offered to fix the problems. However, while they were attempting to make these repairs, the business was evicted by the landlord, leaving me with incomplete work, a disassembled interior, and additional damages, including burned seats from poor welding practices.This situation arose from an ****************** claim. When I contacted ********, they informed me that they had already made a payment to the shop, and any unresolved issues would need to be handled directly with the shop.I dropped off my vehicle on June 3, 2024, and it was returned to me on September 20, 2024, after numerous excuses for not completing the work. Due to ongoing water leakage and subpar craftsmanship, I took the car back to the shop for further repairs on October 3, 2024. However, I learned on October 10 that the shop had been evicted on October 8. Now, my insurance will not cover the repairs again, and I am seeking a refund for the cost of the incomplete services as well as for the damages to the vehicle.
