I signed up with debt relief through this company for my *********** Credit Card and paid them ****** a month for over a year ***** months back in 2019-2020. Now *********** is stating they never received any money from this company and now they are garnishing my wages for something I thought I was paying through this company.Initial Complaint

This company was a debt validation program. When payments were made, there was to be an escrow account to help pay your debt once the debt had been validated. I was instructed to stop payments on the debt and if there were to be a court hearing, there would be legal representation. There was no legal representation and I have two court file judgements against me. I called the attorney numerous times with no return call. No returned emails. I was told there was a client portal where we could see where money was going. Every time i called to set that up, it was "still in the process of getting set up" but they were going to notify me once it was. I was never notified. I did not know I could contact BBB to get help, I just tried to forget about the mistake I made. However, fast forward two years, and that mistake is still taking a toll on me financially. I just recently started looking into getting my money returned to me (even though all of my debts have been taken care of), but I have now found out the company has file for bankruptcy. I'm not sure if there is any other way to go about receiving a refund, but since I lost over $10,000 to that company that did not do anything they said they were going to, I thought I would at least try. Below are the automatic withdrawals from my bank account. This company took thousands of my money, claiming that they were going to get me out of debt. They started as coast processing, and later switched to lpg. They did not get me out of any debt and i paid them monthly, they later went out of business without informing and didnt show up to my court case that they were supposed to represent me. They never told me that they went out of business and wouldnt be representing me in court. Nobody showed up to court and now i owe way more money then i did before i started the program and lost all the money i paid them, to do nothing.Initial Complaint

I hired coast processing to help with my debts. They charged me 7/750.00 a month, about 5 months in they hired an attorney to look at my case to help with bankruptcy. Coast processing after became LPG. Now today they are Oakstone, which does not deal with bankruptcy. The attorney never returns emails or doesnt answer phone. Its been 2 1/2 yrs he has not filed yet. *** emailed him to do so and I get nothing from him. So I believe at this point Ive been scammed.Initial Complaint

For the past 2 years every month I paid them $445.50. To help me with my debt. They did nothing. Now I'm being sued by one of the creditors. And a judge in a court of law has granted the creditor that I pay the debt plus. I can garentee that they never sent a lawyer to the hearing. So now I'm...... I wasn't even allowed to speak to the creditor because of them being my lawyer. That's what makes me even more angry. Because I could of did a better job then they did. But I couldn't because they were my lawyers. So now I just received notice that I have to pay way more than what I really owed. Signed by a judge. They should pay them and give me my money back seeing as how they didn't even send a lawyer to the hearing. Please contact me about this. I can also send you the court papers that I received saying I have to pay them back more then what I owe them and intrest if I don't pay right away. Thank you.Initial Complaint

They represented there selves as a service to help with debt relief. I paid them ****** a month for over a year and they never helped with any debt mitigation that they were supposed to do. They would say that every time I sent them something about my accounts that they did not receive them. Ive sent two or three times. I would like to have my money refunded because they did not hold up to there part of the contract. All they were worried about was receiving my money each month.Initial Complaint

I have been paying $250.00 a month to Coast Processing Litigation firm. They stated that within 2 years theyd help me with my credit card issues; mind you I was paying on time and doing well. They promised to stop lawsuits against me and to provide them with any mail pertaining to my credit cards. It has now been two years and they have sent my file over to another company, still taking money out, but will not answer calls or emails from me.Initial Complaint

I contacted Coast Processing I think in2017. They promised to get me out of debt in 2 years. They were very thorough in the details of the process they would take. I was kept informed with updates. We agreed on $7000 to be automatically deducted from my account in monthly payments. After the payments stopped I never heard from them again. I received a call and a followup email from ********************* which took over my case. I was told my debt was uncollectable due to an error in paperwork when the debt was sold to a law firm for collection. The next step was to work with the credit bureaus to have my negative items removed and my credit restored. It is now 2 more years and nothing has been done. we have been going through coast processing /litigation group LPG for almost two years on april 8th 2022 they took the payment out of our account the payment was not supposed to come out till the 25th so i called them that monday they told me it was a computer glitch and it happened to everyone and they would reverse the payment tuesday no later then wednesday if its not there call back well it wasnt in our account so i called back and a very rude woman told me they have up to 48 hours to reverse it and since it was a holiday weekend check on monday so on monday checked the account and nothing so ive been trying to call all day now no one answers you get the recording and at 10 minutes it states that no one can take the call and disconnects the amount they took was ****** this is what has been payed every month for almost two years they left our account empty no food now for two weeks and everything bouncing
