      We signed a ***** Services Agreement up with LPG /Coast Processing on March 17, 2021. They were supposed to settle our credit card debt and we were paying ****** per month. We have paid 12 payments for a total of $6384.96. We received any email reminding us of this auto withdrawal from our checking account. We tried calling them this week to see how things were going, but were not able to get ahold of anyone. We researched online and were told that the company was out of business. We can't believe that this has happened, as we really thought we were taking care of this. We are both on social security and have to cut back wherever possible. The price of everything is up and now we are scared to death. Being on social security has caused a lot of stress as we thought we were making headway and have not discovered this.

      I have been in this program since 2018. I was paying them monthly to help me with my debt. They were suppose to dispute my credit cards. I was told to stop making paying on these credit cards. Nothing was done. I still have these creditors sending me summons to appear in court. The creditors have added court fees and are currently garnishing my wages out of my work checks and have taken my state taxes. Coast Processing have not done anything but take my money. On top of taking my money monthly I also have to pay these creditors. I am low income and have a child to take care of. I am asking for them to help me pay these creditors or give me my money back so that I can send it to these creditors. I was paying them almost $200.00 a month. Why did they take my money and I still have to pay these creditors the full amounts of my debt and also more in fees?

      I went into an agreement with this company in January 2020 to validate my debt. I have paid a total of $4914.36 and still no resolution as of this date. I have called them several times after I completed the plan to confirm if any of my debt had been cleared and validated. Each time I call, I get the same answer of they are working with the creditors and waiting for my debt to go into collection. All the debt I included in this plan, has been in collection and still they have not resolved none of them yet. I feel that this company is a scam and are just ripping people out of their money.I would like a full refund of all the money I have paid.

      I entered into an agreement with Coast Processing dba ************************* on 9/1/2020 to have them resolve my credit card debt through their validation program. I made 13 payments of $580.27 for a total of $7,543.51.My case went into court and caused me to have my wages garnished to a present value of $7,941.05 with a remaining balance of $11,000 that is being taken out as $1100 per paycheck.The offer that they allegedly made to ***** Fargo was rejected and the attorney they assigned to my case requested LPG give me a full refund. This was on January the 7th. Ive called LPG numerous times and scheduled a meeting through their calendly app, for which they never responded at the time booked.Ive called the billing number several times and even asked for a manager that never showed up after being on the call for greater than 30 minutes.I am not just going to go away. The business has not tried to resolve the issue for me. My account # is **************************************** company is ruining my life and that of my 4 kids.

      I was contacted by this company in 2020, Coast Processing. They assured me they could help me clean my credit report and was at first charging me $299 a month, then it raised to $351 monthly and I'm almost a year and a half in. They've done absolutely nothing at all, literally nothing. No movement on my account at all. So I'm in more than $5000 and they have provided no service what so ever, except to text me every month to let me know they're taking my money. I have contacted them several times and I'm told no one is in the office today or we're working on it. Also since it's ACH electronic debit, my bank can't help me get an y of my money back!! Over $5000 I'm just out!!!! There must be a way to retrieve my funds! I don't have any emails from them and there's not even a website to sign into, they only send text messages once a month to let you know they're taking your money. Their phone number is ************, it's literally the only way to contact them! They're in **********

      Taking more than $5000 over a two year period and doing absolutely nothing, and with zero results is unacceptable! I'm requesting a refund for services NOT rendered.

      I was told by this company that they would repair my credit card debt. They told me to stop paying my credit cards and that they would take care of it. They have did nothing. I am getting sued by creditors that are saying that I still owe. I called this company on numerous occasions for a call back and nobody calls me back to discuss the matter. I was paying them almost $400.00 a month and they did nothing. I now have bad credit which I did not have in the beginning. I could just afford the minimum. This company is a scam and they should refund me my money back since they did not do a thing so that I can use it to pay off at least 1 of these credit card bills that I am STILL being SUED for!

      June 2020 I retained this company and agreed to pay $950 per month to assist with my debts. They have done nothing and all that I've been dealing with is lawsuits filed against me, which this firm said they would stop. These people perpetrated a fraud and I'd like my money back.

      Coast Processing is now Litigation practice group. I was a client from September 2020 to October 2021 was paying them 409 dollars a month total of 13 months. On September 29 2021 I was given a civil plea. A law suit for ****** dollars by Amex. I contacted them who had a 3rd party attorney contact me. Who then tried to negotiate with Amex. The attorney told me I need to pay ****** a month to Amex and when I am done the judgment will be gone. This is not acceptable by me what did I pay coast Processing now litigation practice group to do?. They ruined my credit. All they do is challenge the debt. I have my personal attorney now who also said Amex really doesn't negotiate like that. If coast Processing had told me from the start that certain banks are impossible to challenge like that I would have never went with them. Amex didn't *** me earlier than September 2021 was because they couldn't the courts were closed and ban on debt lawsuits because of covid19. I would not have spent over ******** dollars and killed my credit. I contacted them for a total refund . And they told me another department would contact me for a partial refund. Nobody contacted me at all. And I expect a total refund. And not even sure if there was a enrollment fee or not. If there was I expect that back too

      Coast Processing was supposed to help me with my debt not hurt me more. They told me they would not start the payment process until after I completed my welcome call for the program. I never completed this welcome call due to me losing my job so I wouldn't be able to make the payments. I had intended on making that call and using the company as soon as I started my new job and started getting paychecks again. However, I found out that the company did not wait until after I completed my welcome call and took out 4 payments of $186.50 without my knowledge and I was never contacted by phone because my number was changed to a different number so there's no way possible they could have contacted my phone number and I have the emails asking me to complete my welcome call after the payments were taken out. So the company took out a total of $746 plus caused overdraft fees without completion of a welcome call with me like I was told would take place before any payments were taken out. I have talked to the company and they refuse to give me my full refund. So now I'm just out all that money plus went into the negatives when they were supposed to be helping me when I started the process which to my knowledge and from what I was told should have never began until after the welcome call completed. I know that *** not seem like much money but I'm a single mom and some days $5 is a lot so that is definitely a lot. I should get my full refund because they lied about my payments not being taken out until after the welcome call and made me go negative in the end due to the overdrafts. I would have never even known the payments were coming out had another **** not gone thru due to lack of funds and I went back thru my bank statements to figure it out. I appreciate any help you can give me concerning this matter and I hope you have a blessed day.
