Paid deposit fees $1650.00 and rent $1650.00 from October 2023-February 2024; the home was not habitable at all upon moving in, but I wasnt aware of that as the landlord said everything had been redone, the roof, plumbing, electrical, and the well. Which all of that was false; the home is not currently an assisted living center. When the ceiling fell in due to the roof leaking everything was covered in mold; I brought this numerous times to the landlord upon moving in that I thought there was a leak as the ceiling looked like it was drooping and the light didnt work; she ensured there is nothing wrong and the light probably just need to be hooked up I also told her there was a propane leak so I called the fire department and they shut the house down. We fixed the other issues but the landlord refuses to fix the propane leak as shes selling the house we moved out due to multiple lease violations.

Apparently, an organization called Seniorcarehomes.com has used my name, Company (Visiting Angels) as well as an old company address that no longer exists. (There is a Dollar General currently on the property). This organization is backed by BBB and there is no such building that exists. Furthermore, the website is using my name and AHCA License number to advertise their company stating that I am the Administrator of the company. I have NO affiliation to this company, nor have I ever heard of the company. When you try to contact them, you only get a recording. Please investigate. I need to have my name removed from this companies' webpage or I will file a lawsuit for False Advertisement or False AdBusiness response

We received the information many years back from ******* licensing. Thank you so much for letting ** know.
