On 2/8/2024 I placed an insurance claim for my dishwasher with First American Home Warranty that was not working properly- dishwasher. On 2/12/2024 Supreme repair came out to look at the issues. Tech stated that he believes the mother board is bad and would need to order a replacement, as well as a new latch for the door. Tech said we could continue to use the dishwasher. On 2/22/2024 Supreme repair sent the same tech out with the new parts. At this time my wife informed him that the dishwasher would not turn off after cycles and we had to shut it off at the breaker box. Tech replaced the motherboard and the door latch. The dishwasher would not shut off and no water was coming out of the dishwasher blades sprayers. We again had to turn it off at the breaker box. I called and scheduled the tech to come out again. On 3/08/2024 Supreme repair sent out the same tech. He took the dishwasher apart but could not figure out why it was leaking. He put it back together and placed it back under the counter. He did not turn off the water leading to the dishwasher and did not tell us it was actively leaking water. He stated that since the motherboard went out again and the motor was bad and the unexplained leak, the company would be replacing the dishwasher. The tech with Supreme repair removed the float switch during this visit. On 3/17/2024 my wife came home to find water leaking out of every corner and baseboards of our island. I realized that the tech did not turn of the water leading to the dishwasher. This water had been leaking under our island for a week before the water finally penetrated through the wood, drywall and baseboards. I turned off the water to the dishwasher and called supreme repair.I have photos and we would like the kitchen island replaced as the water leak caused damages as the technician did not shut off water. I have tried to contact the business multiple times with no call backs. We need to file an insurance claim against their business.Initial Complaint

Our home warranty company sent a technician from this company to service or dishwasher. The technician removed the dishwasher and told us the problem was that a little bit of water leaked, triggering the leak sensor. He mopped up the water and left. He failed to reinstall the dishwasher correctly and left several pieces of the casing lying on the counter. The dishwasher still did not function properly. We reached out to the home warranty company to send a different technician. The technician then filed a report saying he had come to our property twice (false) and that the issue was that rats had chewed through the wiring (also false). He never looked at the wiring or suggested anything about rats chewing through it these were simply false statements. As a result, the home warranty company denied coverage and refused to send another technician. I called the business to enquirer and they have been completely non responsive. I now have a broken dishwasher and have to pursue legal action once a competent company repairs it.Initial Complaint

9/1/2023 this company came out to diagnose our washing machine issues. Their website says they are BBB accredited with 5 stars and that they are licensed. Both of these are false. They are operating without a current license as it expired two years ago, and falsely advertising a 5 star bbb rating. They are also falsely advertising a 5 star ****** reviews when most of them are false reviews created in the last monthInitial Complaint

Since September 2022 we have had six visits (by two different technicians) from Supreme to our Del ************* to repair our Thermador freezer. The first time (9/05/2022) was a holiday weekend and we were glad to get someone here on short notice. It was a diagnostic visit only. The technician told us he needed to order one or two parts (a control board or a condenser fan) and came back on 9/6/22 to install the control board. When that didnt solve the problem he said it must be the condenser fan but he had not ordered it yet and it would take several more days to get it. Why he did not order both parts at the same time was beyond us and perhaps the first clue something was not right. He came back with the second part on 9/15 (nine days later), installed it and got the freezer working. In early January 2023 we found the freezer off again. After throwing out all the ruined food we got a tech here and he got it working again and charged $292.42. They charged us the same amount again on 1/27. On May 6 it broke again and they replaced the condenser start relay - for the heavy duty part plus the service they charged $711. The exact same part is available on Amazon for $15. In late June we again found the freezer off, everything melted and all the food spoiled, I immediately texted Supreme and told him when we were coming back (July 18) to schedule another service call for the next day (he said it might be a warranty repair). But even with a month advance notice we couldnt get them here when we needed them, so we gave up and called another company who came right away and determined that the same start relay had failed. He replaced it - $80 for the part and $230 for the ********** the Supreme website claims they have a five star rating from the BBB. Interesting, since you gave them an F.Initial Complaint

The business was called out to our house to address a flooding issue with our washing machine. They fixed it but the problem re-appeared after 2 months. I asked them to stand by their warranty and check the machine out again. They kept stalling, asking me silly questions about the filter etc, giving me new phone numbers to reach out to. Now we are past warranty but the machine still has the same issues. We feel let down.Initial Complaint

On or about 4 May23 I called my insurance company and submitted a claim to have my washer fixed my this company. They quoted me 2x times before they showed up on a different date. Furthermore this company sent a repairman that broke my washer display screen while attempting unlock the washer. He was not careful with my belonging and place this tool bags on my equipment which further damaged it. Its been approx 45 days since last real update on the status we were quoted on day 30 that tech was in route however he never showed then stated they didnt have all the part of which they were the ones to let us know they were coming on a said date. After day **************************************************** when it would be fixed. Calls would be returned with no amplifying information after they listened to my message . Emails not replied back. Text not sent back . When called they advised that warranty holder closed the claim request after it was complete of which not one has arrived. This company is attempting to collect money from my insurance policy of which they are attempting to not repair my washer. My concern is this is an ongoing issue that they have done with me several times and wish to not deal with them anymore except for ordering my repair parts and I can install them. Multiple attempted to get another phone talker were ****** stating that they had one on else to speak with and phone talker even tho she spoke English was hard to comprehend level of English since it was poorly spoken.Countless reviews on ****** state company has scammed multiple people and my desire is for one one else be affected by this.Initial Complaint

I found this company listed as a locally serving Appliance Repairing business. It turned out that the phone number is *********, ** based. I needed my dishwasher fixed. They sent a technician over to my ***************, ** apartment. Technician said that he needs money upfront to order a necessary part. He said that he only accepts personal checks or cash (no credit card). I wrote a personal check for $325. In a few days, company rep called to cancel and Promised to refund. That never happened. I called again and again. They promised, yet never did return the money. Please help me to get that refund for the service and part that never occurred. Thank you.
